"We had a great stay at Clarion Copenhagen Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for an overnight stay before our flight. Highly recommended! My special thanks to Filip, best manager ever)"

"This airport is perfect if you need it for one or two days. Metro, trains, buses all within easy reach after you get off the plane without going outside.  That said, make sure you understand the followings: 1. It’s a 3 star hotel. Don’t expect superb facilities or services.  Everything is fairly basic. No daily room cleaning or room make ups. You need to pick up your clean towel everyday from front desk 2. Supplies within the room is also bare-bone minimum. No tissue box, no in-room phone, minimum power outlet to charge your devices etc. 3. Make sure to bring your own waterproof slippers or sandals for your shower as there is no shower door and water splashes out and making the floor all wet. However, there are some good points though: 1. Very quiet room even though it’s an airport hotel. No airplane noise from taking off or landing 2. Enough space inside the room to open two mid size suite cases 3. Enough shelving space for your toiletries inside the bathroom 4. Takes 20 minutes to city centre by the M2 Metro Is it worth the price? Yes, given the generally high hotel prices in Copenhagen.  I would stay here again if I have my next opportunity landing in CPH."

"A really nice walk from Airport to the hotel in less of 20 minutes, healthy after a long flight"

"We didn’t check in to this hotel as our flight to Copenhagen via Emirates was involuntary canceled due to the recent conflict and war in the Middle East. It’s really a shame that we have to cancel our trip to Denmark. However, because we have booked a ’non-cancellation’ room, we’re able to cancel our room booking. We have contacted both trip.com and the hotel to cancel and get refunded because our flight to Copenhagen was an involuntary cancellation due to the war but sadly, our request was rejected. Since we didn’t stay in this hotel, we don’t rate the room. So, we have no score for this room."

"Our room was on the second floor and it’s not accessible through the first lift near the reception and we had to carry our luggage through the stairs. And then we found the second lift to go to our room later. There is no good instruction at all to go through the second lift and there should be big sign /posters for that. Other than that, clean and tidy. Good location near airport."

"I booked the room for 1 adult and 1 child. However, I was only given 1 set of towels, 1 pillow and 1 blanket. When I approached the counter for an extra set, I was given towels on the spot and they mentioned that they would give me the pillow and blanket later. Guess what? They never came. We had to improvise by using the blanket as a pillow and used 1 of the towels as a blanket. How pathetic is this? Never again."
