"The hotel used to be a good one but now is slowly running down. Poor maintenance (shower and bathroom) and no housekeeping unless you stay 3 or more days. Furniture is old fashioned and you can see the “age” on it but let me say the room has what you need, small working fridge, a microwave. Rust is on all lamps and desks. Welcome lady at the reception was very nice and the few employees was friendly. Breakfast just a regular one."

"This was our first time staying @ the express in Thomasville. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean & invigorating. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. His appearance was very professional and he answered our questions without hesitation. We will definitely be back!!"

"Nice privately owned hotel. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Newly renovated salt water heated pool. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but we can't eat the typical "hot breakfast" every day. It's on our list of places to stop for a night or two on our travels to recharge."
