Very nice location and hotel facility. Super great taco place right across the hotel. Very close to airport and US border.

The whole entire hotel had no heater we reserved a room for 2 nights and they never told us they had no heater service in rooms the people that were lucky got portable heaters and rest got extra blankets this not the way to do business . I had stayed here for many years  i am very disappointed and think i wont be coming back.

My only complaint is the AC is set and can not be adjusted, and it was freaking cold all night.

First, we booked a suite. If we didn't cancel after paying, would we be able to keep the room? In the end, we didn't. We didn't even tell them when we checked in. We found out that it was an ordinary king-size bed room when we got to the room. We went downstairs to ask and they said our room type was sold out. We had to check in at 20:00... was it too late? Well, it was not too early, so we stayed. I didn't know the Wi-Fi password, so I called to ask. I saw that the phone only had number buttons and no other buttons were marked. I thought the phone was broken. 😓 Then the hand sanitizer didn't come out no matter how hard I pressed it. I saw that the lid was not screwed on after filling it. I finally washed my hands and took a break. It was past 9 o'clock and I wanted to take a shower. As a result, I went in and turned on the water-dissolving head, but there was no water 😣 to see if the small pull-up strip at the bottom could make water come out. As a result... the result.... I changed my cognition again. There was no pull-up strip 🤬. I was upset... They said that if there were no rooms, I would just endure it for one night... and endure it... I wouldn't take a shower. The more outrageous results were still to come. I don't know where the Mexican music is playing loudly on the first floor... The actual volume is even louder than in this video. This is after 12 am... The music lasted until 2 or 3 am. I couldn't wear headphones... I was so tired that I fell asleep... It was probably after 4 am... The quilt has no odor, but the color has turned yellow. It must have been used for a long time... It's wet...😭 It's terrible...

It's a good hotel, very friendly, very well located and has everything you need nearby.

There is nothing in the room, you have to prepare your own toiletries, bath towels, slippers, etc.

Excellent hotel and efficient service at all times! I would definitely return.

The room is quite big and the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear sounds from outside all the time.
