"Unfortunately, we encountered major hygiene issues at this accommodation. Here are the main concerns: Dirty sheets and mattress cover – with a large yellow stain in the middle. Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Water with food residue and dirt in the dishwasher. Electric kettle with limescale buildup and other residues inside. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The presence of dust in some areas of the room would not have bothered me, but these are serious issues. We informed the accommodation about these problems but received no assistance."

"I've spent a night here late october. I found the place to be beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a good stay but this is not a five star hotel. Don't get me wrong, it was a good stay but I felt tricked because my expectations were higher. There are some details that made me draw the conclusion that this is not a 5 star hotel. Firstly, the mini bar in the room is extraordinary well provided but extraordinary noisy - I had to unplug it in order to sleep. The hotel did provide a bottle of complementary filtered water in the room. I also had a tea bag but no tea pot and a coffee capsule but no coffee machine. I found that to be pretty funny. The quality of the towels and the room slippers is average - I've encountered those in 3 stars hotels. The TV is big but it doesn't have HD TV channels - there literally were 8 or 9 tv channels available - no news channels, no cartoon channels, no HD channels. On the other hand, the staff is great, the restaurant is awesome - had a great dinner there. The breakfast selection is decent with a lot of things to choose from. Didn't have time to visit the spa. Don't get me wrong, it is not a bad place overall but I don't consider it to deserve the 5 star rating."

"The bed was made beautiful and it was comfortable too.The food was delicious and the bathroom looked and was very clean. The reception area was very quiet but antic. I loved the croissants and eggs. Pillows and the blankets were all fluffy and soft"

"We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast and an evening meal in the hotel. Breakfast was good, no GF bread or pastry but cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt and a few cooked options, eggs, bacon and mushrooms. Evening meal was ok as well, duck with orange sauce and roast potatoes was cooked nicely. Most importantly I was confident it was all GF. Hotel itself was very good and staff friendly and would definitely stay again, although unlikely to be in the city again."
