"The entrance is in the parking lot on the back side of the road and is not easy to find. Moreover, the check-in instructions were not well done. You had to enter the access code on the first day of check-in, but there was no email communication in advance. It is very difficult to register and check in after working hours. The overall environment is OK and living nearby is convenient. The fragrance of the serviced apartment is very strong, and preferences vary from person to person."

"The lack of a hair dryer is inconvenient. The supermarket and bus stop downstairs are great, though. Only one light is on, making it a bit dim at night."

"The Vanilla Hotel is fantastic—wonderful staff, a great breakfast, and overall a lovely experience. The restaurant in the hotel’s garden had good ingredients and a decent dinner. However, they switched our wine order—we asked for Romanian Sauvignon Blanc but were served a New Zealand one at triple the price. We felt quite disappointed. So, while I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, I’d advise future guests to double-check their wine order at the restaurant. I really hope that was mistake caused by “lost in translation”"

Why, we ask??? “ Because, I have a “ group” and this is how i make money!! So, sorry!” That was the answer! So, don’ t go there! If you are not a “ group” , he can not make money with you… For us, was a…, Horrible experience!!! One day before arrival!!! No stars, for this un profesional, un ethical, un believable careless team of this place. Don’ t go there, you risk to sleep in the parc. "
