Our family is traveling to Tokyo, and this is the second hotel for this itinerary. Considering the location and the brand of the hotel, I chose this hotel. The location is good, the price is a bit expensive. Because the first time I stayed, I was looking forward to it, but after I went there, I found that it was very bad, especially the waiters and the hotel's supporting facilities were very similar, and it was not worth the price at all. First of all, the hotel is in a high-rise building. The hotel needs to go up to the 38th floor and then the front desk is here. Then it needs to change to another elevator and go down to the lower level to get the guest rooms. Overall very inconvenient. It takes a long time to go out every time, which does not meet the charges of high-end hotels. Secondly, because of Japan's non-smoking policy, this hotel is even worse for customers who have smoking needs. In Japan, slightly better shops and restaurants will have smoking areas. This hotel has a small smoking area downstairs, but not the hotel. They don't have such supporting facilities themselves, so there is no smoking place at night. I asked the front desk staff, and their attitude was very bad, and they actually asked me to walk 10 minutes to other places at night. There is also a charge for parking at the entrance of the hotel. To be honest, I have never encountered it. Our own chartered car actually needs parking fees while waiting, and then the private guide told us that the service attitude of this hotel is very bad, and we don't like Chinese people at all. Most of the guests here are foreigners. The overall feeling is very average, not worth the price at all, and it does not meet the service level of their so-called 5-star high-end hotels. The room is not big, and the sound insulation is poor. At night, customers walking outside can be heard talking and opening the door. This is the first time, I will definitely not choose this brand of hotel in the future, it is too bad.
