The location of this hotel was spot on - walking distance to almost everywhere! The room was basic, but fine for sleeping (apart from the plastic sheets!). The breakfast was a great addition and helped us to start the day. However, the pool and gym were not good. The gym was tiny with hardly an equipment, and the pool had a fixed lane rope that meant you couldn't swim lengths. Pretty useless to advertise these as facilities. Everything else was fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep when exploring Toronto!

We had an amazing experience at the Hilton, Toronto. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around. The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful! We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning. Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well. We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)

The room was excellent, the only thing letting down was the breakfast. The food was cold and to our amazement was you only supplied with paper plates and wooden cutlery. Come on! Lift your game! The experience was not what we paid for. I have never been to a hotel that didn’t have proper crockery or cutlery. Janice Williams

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is pretty nice, clean and the design is very good. The common space is quite cozy and good to hang out with friends or work (from anywhere).  All staff are very welcoming, friendly, and polite. We booked the room with breakfast included. The breakfast has an entree with a drink. The taste of the breakfast is quite good. The public parking is quite close, but the exit of the parking is on the other side of the road. The only downside of this stay is there were a bit loud noise in both mornings from the street, sounds like from the car/truck loadings (I'm not sure). The sound started from around 6.30am ish, which is a bit too early for us. Anw, overall we are pretty happy staying at The Union Hotel. 

The location is good, close to the subway station and Eaton Center. The room is not big, the hygiene is average, there is a balcony, it is noisy, you can cook, and everything is complete. There are two lockers in the room with towels, but I don't know which ones are clean and which ones are not washed.

Excellent location, convenient transportation, and well-equipped kitchen facilities. The only drawback is that the sofa bed has a problem with its mechanism, but it can still be unfolded. I will stay here again if I visit Toronto again.

A spacious and well-equipped apartment, but not as comfortable as it could be. It doesn't have a desk or a suitable chair for working. The sofa is already warped from use. The terrace door doesn't open, so having a terrace you can't access is pointless. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough with 24-hour hot water and good pressure. The location is good, although it's a bit far from the center. However, all kinds of shops are nearby and public transportation is very close. The reception staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Great location in downtown Toronto. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t turn the AC on ourselves. Somebody from the front desk came and helped us, but we weren’t able to control the temperature after that. I’m not sure if that’s an overall issue or just a problem with our room.

Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.
