Excellent hotel with sufficient facilities, especially the free laundry and gym. There is also a complimentary wine every evening. I enjoy the stay here. But there could be more washers.

The hotel is well managed and the rooms are of good size. The price is acceptable. However, the lack of a continental breakfast is a little inconvenient. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but there is a grocery store nearby. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. The price of breakfast depends on whether or not you use the 15% discount, and the price with and without the discount is roughly the same.

The bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel

Unfortunately, due to bad weather on that day, our flight and several others couldn’t land, so we were unable to stay at the hotel. It was something beyond our control. Since our booking was non-refundable, we couldn’t get a refund, which is understandable but still a bit disappointing, especially as another hotel we booked for the next night refunded us in full under the same conditions. The hotel’s polite email response acknowledged the situation, but unfortunately didn’t really help the guest in any practical way.

The concept of the room is confusing and very uncomfortable with separate all the function of bathroom such as 1 shower room , 1 toilet room and the sink is outside … really weird and inconvenient

Most staff were amazing and very friendly! It wasn’t indicated on trip.com that the sauna costs extra. But the gym was well maintained and it was in a great location with supermarket and the town nearby. Parking is free though it gets busy even when it’s low season (March). Breakfast was absolutely amazing with good quality and variety of food. Highly recommended

Great Location

Parking is free, as are the washing machine and dryer. The gym has a great view. Breakfast was protein-rich, and except for the lack of leafy greens, everything else was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. There were no toiletries or slippers, which is normal for European hotels, but I was lucky I brought my own. The sauna and hot springs were available for an additional fee of 150 DKK per person for 45 minutes. The receptionist, Elizabeth, was extremely rude. Whenever I asked her anything, she would respond with a "Google it yourself" attitude. The receptionist, Elisa, who worked the night shift, was very friendly. There was also a blonde girl and an Asian guy who were also very friendly. One night, I saw the Northern Lights from the hotel entrance—quite lucky!

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very diverse and plentiful. This hotel is highly recommended. The location is excellent, not far from the city center, and there's a supermarket next door, which is very convenient.

Such wonderful memories! The best five-star hotel in the Faroe Islands! Remember to stay here! The breakfast was great! The guy at the counter perfectly solved our travel booking problem. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Faroe! 👍👍👍

The hotel is big but the rooms are small. The hardware is tolerable, after all, it is a place where everything is very expensive. But the service is really bad. The front desk is clueless. It has been more than a week since I checked out, but the deposit of 500 yuan has not been refunded yet. It is very strange that such a good hotel requires a deposit. When I checked out, they confirmed again and again that it would be refunded soon, but it has not been refunded until now. This kind of service is prevalent in the entire hotel, and I can't say more.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, warm rooms, good front desk service, very good bread and butter for breakfast, toothbrush sets need to be asked from the front desk, off-season prices are very cost-effective, recommended!
