the location is the main issue because the hotel is rather far outside of the town center. The cleaning of the property must be improved besides a general renovation to improve the hotel outfit. It feels a bit as early 80th. At the positive side, the rooms are bigger than in similar overpriced hotels of Trier. The town has obviously an issue with the capacities of hotel rooms and the high frequency of guess visiting this tow. At this time of the year

About 15minutes walk to the city. No water boiler, still using old system locking (with keys). Parking spot has to pay extra, no aircond. But overall stay is pleasant, room was spacious for two person. Staff was welcoming.

Stayed at this hotel twice. I love it. It has what is needed. The personnel is helpful too.

The location is right next to the exit of the highway, and there are large supermarkets around. Although it is a bit far from the city center, parking is convenient. The room is large, with heating and free bottled water.

The room was quite clean, but the cleaner only folded the towels when cleaning, the bed was not made, and the water I drank was not replenished. The hotel is a bit remote, so be careful of cars when crossing the road. Also, the room door uses a traditional key, not a room card, which is a bit inconvenient.

The service was incredible by two Indonesian women who work at the reception, the bed is very comfortable, the room is very spacious, the cleanliness is excellent. A very important point: it is far from the center and Trier is not as easy to get around as a big city, so you have to walk a lot to get to the center and there is no minibar or electric kettle in the room.

We always enjoy coming back to the hotel, even though it is a bit dated in places. The staff are very helpful.

3 km from the city center, but the hotel has a nice view, large rooms and wall heating

There is no kettle in the room. We stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned every day. Pizza and drinks are sold downstairs. The room only has a mechanical key, no room card, and there are many supermarkets next to it.

Very nice and good hotel. We spent a day in Luxembourg so we only spent the night here. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and many other things. The room we stayed in was comfortable, nice and clean. The hotel has double windows so you barely hear the traffic around you. Staff is friendly and they can also speak English with you. Parking is available at the hotel.
