"We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Sri Lanka. I was there with my husband and our three-year-old daughter, and we all loved it so much. It truly feels like a little paradise. The resort itself is fantastic and the service is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, the accommodation is lovely, and the whole place has such a peaceful atmosphere. Our daughter especially enjoyed the pools — both the main pool and the private ones — and she loved exploring the surroundings. The beach nearby is absolutely fantastic, and there is so much to see and do in the area. You can even grab a bike from the resort and explore around, which is a great experience. One of the most special moments of our stay was watching the local fishermen bring in their catch from the sea. On one of the days, they kindly gave us some fresh fish, and we asked the chef at the resort if he could cook it for us. He did, and it turned into such a memorable and unique meal for our family. The room service was exceptional. Our room was cleaned twice a day and everything was kept perfectly clean, with great attention to detail. Every evening before bedtime, the staff surprised us by creating amazing towel shapes on the bed — like crocodiles, dolls. Our daughter absolutely loved these small creative The whole place feels very safe, warm, and family-friendly. It was definitely worth it for the price, and we truly had an amazing time. We will absolutely come back again."

I loved staying here because of the beautiful views which made me appreciate the Srilankan culture! "Amazing hotel with so nice and kind people. They treat you like a family. Hotel is so close to the beach, aprox 3min by foot. Room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel provide beach towels. Hotel have a nice pool. They serve breakfast every morning. Breakfast is fabulous, every morning they serve freshly juices (papaya, mango, passion fruit, pineapple), scrambled eggs, pancakes (rice or coconuts), some local dishes ( sorry, but I a am forgot the name), fresh fruits, coffee and tea, avocado, marmalade with butter and much more. Food is so delicious. They prepare dinner for us, few time, and dinner was amazing. For dinner they made fish or curry, depends what you want. The menager is excellent, he does a good job. We staying 12 days, and they arranged for us, a free trip to Marble beach, it was amazing experience. Hotel is very clean. If you choose this hotel, you will not regret it. I had the best service in this hotel so far, and I have stayed in many hotels. Last but not least, last day, manager mother made cookies for us, for the trip. ❤️ Like I am said, I never feel kindness like in this hotel. Thank you team for everything, you are amazing. I hope so we will see again!"

"It's a budget hotel, and while you can live with its shortcomings, you can find much better options for the same price. The location is poor—you have to climb an unlit dirt road up the mountain. Ants are a real problem—they'll swarm around the room, and if you leave food in the room, you'll end up with an anthill within an hour. The breakfast...well, it's just awful. The bed linens were covered in hair, the bathroom had hairy soap stubs, the plaster was peeling off the walls, and the air conditioner was noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. On the plus side, there was hot water and the staff was friendly."

The rooms were spacious, clean and filled with all the modern amenities that offer luxury and convenience. Though the prices may vary, all the rooms are filled with essential amenities and unique additions, like your very own private pool in the Beach Bliss. The warm welcome itself makes you feel right at home and their hospitality is out of this world, almost like you have been lifelong friends with them from the beginning. The food was just simply delicious and included all types of food to fulfill your desire. Specially, I would like to give my appreciation towards the restaurant waiter, Mahesh. He was very kind and was always paying attention when either one wanted the door held open or meals brought to their room. "A really friendly place. Small and a bit boho but really lovely. Stayed in the detached rooms which each has a plunge pool overlooking the beach which was spacious and fully equipped. They only have beer and limited wine at the bar to accompany excellent food. Choose the whole reef fish the night before and it is fresh caught and cooked in a palm leaf. Amazing. Really tranquil place but you need transport to get anywhere."

"I visited this place with my wife in July 2025. We were travelling to Trinco for 2 days. We were running late so we contacted the property. They asked us the approximate time we would take to reach the place and informed us that they would keep the a/c on an hour before we reach so we would be comfortable on arrival. This one act of service is where I would start off my opinion of this place. Here the service is something other hotels need to ponder upon. The staff are very friendly. They make sure to find out our needs and try to resolve it asap. They helped us find a good deal for snorkeling in Pidgeon island, they prepared a special Sri Lankan style breakfast and lunch on our request, they arranged transport for us in the early hours of the morning (Pickme/Uber was not responding at that time) at the last moment with no extra charge and so on. The friendly service and attention to our care really touched us and made our trip more memorable. In respect to the rooms, there is some aspects that need attention. Shower Plumbing, exhaust were issues, itsy bitsy details missing that would otherwise perfect the stay there. But the room was neat, washroom was clean, moderately sound insulated room. The basic facilities needed in a 3-4 star room were met. The pool was small but ok, but if you are spending your time around Alles Garden and the beach, the pool is irrelevant. I would say that, I really enjoyed my stay there. I really thank the staff there. I hope you continue to provide such wonderful service and hopefully if fate gives us a chance, we would definitely visit the property again. Thank you Havana Club."
