"Villa Paola surpassed our expectations. The hospitality was 5 star all the way - Extremely warm and friendly but at the same time, discreet. The personal touches were so thoughtful and appreciated. Personal notes in our room with home made treats, a beautiful reusable bag. We could see so much love and care in every aspect of the hotel. The way our room was cleaned, how the stunning gardens are kept so beautifully, the delicious food and the sincere will for guests to have the best experience at the hotel. Everything is home made and home grown produce from the gardens. There are no single use plastics on site. The outside patio overlooks the bay and marina and the deepest blue ocean. The pool has the same gorgeous outlook and the scent of jasmine fills the air outside. Our highlights: dinner in the restaurant, the breakfast omlette with juicy fresh Cherry tomato, fresh orange juice. The Villa Paola spritz and the Calabrian olives at apperitivo and : the staff. All of them. We felt so welcome and can’t wait to visit again. Elegant, charming, luxurious and a delight to stay. Thank you Francesco x 2, Anna, Maria and everyone we didn’t personally meet by name but gave us a smile and looked after us on our visit. "

"Stayed in this hotel for a week. Arrived about 8:00 p.m. Checking in was quick. Stayed in the two bedroom apartment with living room and a full kitchen. Also theres a big balcony witth table and chairs and also a washing machine. Bigger bedroom has a twin bed and the smaller one single bed. Matress was a bit to hard but got used to it. Both have plenty of room to store your items. Although this is a new building the shelves on both bedrooms were already unusable because both of them were ready to fall off from walls. If you intend to cook for yourself, please note that hotel does not provide any cleaning supplies or towels. Stove works with gas so if you have not used one before, be careful. Theres also a microwave oven. Fridge is big, but the freezer was melted at some point and at least one shelf was full of ice, but did not need to use it anyway. Theres also a full size dishwasher Hotel is about 1.5km from town centre. The closest grocery store is about 500m from the hotel. Nearest beach is about 700-800 meters. Breakfast was Italian, meaning there were not much to choose from and can get quite boring after few days. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall quite a pleasent stay and probably would stay there again."
