"Definitely recommend this location. It does advertise Breakfast included in some places but this is wrong. There is a kettle and small fridge. Room 3 is a very nice room as shown in many of the pictures as it’s on the first floor on the corner. Good bathroom and bed. This is generally an in attended location and you are met at an agreed time to give access etc. Nice gardens and views and easy walking distance to the town centre in 10 minutes. Would recommend."

"This hotel was a perfect stay for our family from the US. A perfect location walking distance to the beach ( 2 min walk) , the main plaza of Tropea (10 min walk up the stairs on the cliff) and the marina ( 5 min walk). The service was incredible from the manager, front desk, bar/cafe, and housekeeping.. all such a pleasure! The rooms are new and spotless and a breath of fresh air after traveling all over Italy for a few weeks. We also enjoyed the pool and the complimentary shuttle to the Blanca Beach club. The front desk can also assist you in booking a boat excursion for the day at the Marina. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Our stay in Tropea was the highlight of our entire Italy trip."

"I had a horrible experience without even going to the place, I confirmed the reservation through the website of the residence itself, I made the reservation deposit. The responsible person called me and simply did not understand that it is a deposit that they themselves are requesting and was extremely rude to me, in the end he said he did not accept my reservation. Finally, I followed the processes they requested me, they themselves do not know their own process and wanted to charge me a higher amount than was described in the ad."
