"The staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much"

"I stayed overnight with a friend when we attended a concert at the Ronstadt Music Hall. We thought the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us with how to use our room key (senior moment!) and when we realized after checkout that we had left a personal item in the room.The hotel is walking distance from the music hall so saved us driving time and parking fees. There are restaurants on site for breakfast and dinner, as well as a Starbucks."
