"My kids and I love the aviances.the onseng is good.the breakfast is good but maybe if you put some others foods it will be excellent....then one thing I don't feel is that maybe if you have the facility or assistant to check in our baggage before our time is much help and wonderful.we have a lot of hotel we been but your hotel amaze us and hopefully you may improve more in food and luggage and you will see the impact of that.thank you"

"I chose this hotel because it included breakfast and access to the large public bath. The breakfast didn't offer a huge selection, but it had everything I needed and was delicious. There were also some New Year's dishes. The public bath was smaller than I expected. I was concerned that the drain was clogged with hair and wouldn't drain properly. The front desk staff were very helpful. The free parking lot had plenty of space, which was great. There were many restaurants nearby, including sushi and shabu-shabu restaurants, mostly chain restaurants, so finding food wasn't a problem."
