"J'ai payée pour une chambre avec une vue sur la mer. Ils ont refusé de me donner la chambre pour laquelle j'ai payé. Si ce n'était pas que la chambre n'était pas remboursable, je serais partie. J'ai eu tellement de mauvaises expériences avec Mercure que je n'utiliserai plus jamais la chaîne. I was impressed with nothing except the food at this hôtel. The room was not cleaned to my level of cleanliness (spider webs, smelly toilette, stained towers, dust in the floor corners, etc) I was given a room right at the roundabout so I could hear all the car motocycle truck noises ... and the karoake one night. At the breakfast they kept running out of things and not replacing them, especially the last hour of breakfast. "It's coming madame", and then "breakfast is over at 10H madame". This hôtel may be cool for others but it was not good for me. I expect a lot more for a 4* hotel."

"Veey good modern and clean room. Service 5 stars.100m to sea side. Local shop and too many restaurant. Very happy full private. No provide kettel and cup then we have problem because we always sleeping long and back late. Reception problem with English language but very kind. Full recommend"

"We were double charged at the check-in. But explained the staff a the reception who corrected mistakes and refunded. Also their counter day rate was cheaper than trip.com. We extended one night but the rate was much more expensive (Sunday night). We should have booked it online rather at the reception. Hotel room is small and basic but clean tidy. Bed was comfortable. Shower cubicle gets all wet over the bathroom floor due to lack of shower curtain."

"The location is excellent, near the river. The room is compact, the bed can be folded, which is convenient, and there is a small kitchen. The underground garage is not easy to find. It is recommended to ask at the front desk first."

"It's actually a nice hotel/hostel right by the train station. It's a bit outside the city center, but easily accessible by tram. Good breakfast at a fair price. The major drawback is that there's a disco in the same building at night, so loud the walls shake. Only the most hardy sleepers can get any rest there; everyone else would be advised against staying there."
