Mercure Hotels in Urumqi

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient with great transport access. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and the comfortable bedding guaranteed a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to our needs and making us feel very welcome. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! A special mention to Xiao Re at the front desk, who provided exceptional service and proactively helped us mail some items. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Airport hotel… I had a layover from midnight until 8am… chose this hotel to stay close to the airport…. They had midnight staff working who weren’t really sure how to enter my details in their system as is required by law and local police. Anyway they gave me my key … I went straight to bed and after just 40 min they woke me up to see my passport again… they came to the room took pics of it then I thought it was all ok… 20 min later they’re ringing my room again… I chose to ignore it so they rang again… indispxnnected the phone and then they came knocking on my door telling me I should find another hotel as they were unable to enter my data… at 2:30 am after I told them I have an early flight… I refused and told them to get the police if they need to verify my details… worst service ever.. so would never stay there again nor advice any foreign passport holder to stay there… incompetent and rude to try to send me to another hotel at 2:30 am…

Facilities: Complete, Cleanliness: Clean Service: Excellent The front desk lady was very attentive and thoughtful, even providing hand cream, portable wipes, and tissues. She even went out of her way to get a charging plug in the middle of the night. The hotel breakfast was very rich, with rice noodles, porridge, noodles, rice, bread, milk, yogurt, juice, and a variety of other dishes. The variety was extensive and the food was delicious!

A new hotel with high-tech amenities, like power curtains, voice control remote in the room, customer service robot, etc. Hotel provides free airport transfer and is within walking distance of the high speed rail station (you can see it from hotel and just need to walk towards it). The hotel is also flexible when it comes to late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5pm. They also have a laundry room equipped with excellent washer and dryer machines that are free for guests to use. If there is something to pick on the hotel, the breakfast can be improved, and should start earlier than 8am.

The service is very good. There are service staff to open the door and greet you when you enter and exit. There are also robots delivering meals. For people with children, the only disadvantage may be that there is no water room. Other hotels I stayed in have indirect hot water for children to make milk powder, which is more convenient and clean. I hope the hotel will also add this
