"A very nice hotel, right next to the train station and the historic center of Utrecht. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can park your bicycles, but also offers parking inside the hotel itself. The room was newly renovated, but without a bathtub, which is somewhat unusual for a hotel of this class. There was a minor mishap with the laundry, which was washed too late and some items went missing, but the hotel was very accommodating, found the missing clothes, and sent them on. We had a very good meal in the café (outdoors in the courtyard). Breakfast was also delicious."

Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!"

We also book it privately ourselves when we need to be in Utrecht for an event. The quality is excellent, and you can easily reach Utrecht city center by bus from the public transport stop, which is just a few hundred meters walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot."

The location is unbeatable—right next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel is nice in terms of the kitchen and its amenities, but a hotel with a kitchen definitely needs to be cleaned, or at least have a vacuum cleaner in the room. It didn't make sense to us that only those staying longer than 7 days can benefit from the cleaning service free of charge (Yes, you can request towel and linen changes and room cleaning, but there are significant fees). There was also insufficient shampoo and shower gel in the shower. In addition, bike rental should be free for hotel guests, or at least affordable, or those with a vehicle should be able to park for free. They charge very high fees for each of these, which is unreasonable. Additionally, there was broken glass under the single bed in the room, which made us realize that the cleaning wasn't adequate anyway."

"Don’t go if you are in hurry or you hope to let your 17-months have sth for dinner. Ordered at 6.20 pm some bites because they are open until 11pm but the kitchen offers only bites (the sense of that?). At 7pm still nothing and my baby started to get hungry so I asked the waitress… she came back saying that it will take 12 minutes to have our bites… from that moment… 😳 + one of the one I ordered not available because it’s on the new menu… and when did you think telling me?? No excuse, no sorry… we decided to leave and they didn’t even offer the apple juice of my kid!! Horrible service!! They won’t see me and my family anymore."

The view from my room was unbelievable!!!"
