"I recently stayed at Fortune Park Galaxy, Vapi – a member of ITC’s Fortune Hotels group from March 5th to March 18th, 2026, and I would like to share my wonderful experience. My stay was extremely comfortable, and the hospitality throughout the hotel was excellent. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Naniesh. His hard work, dedication, and swift response to every request made a significant difference in my overall experience. No matter the time or situation, Naniesh was always prompt, attentive, and genuinely helpful. His professionalism and positive attitude reflect the high standards of hospitality that Fortune Hotels is known for. It is rare to see such commitment to guest satisfaction, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. Because of team members like Naniesh, my extended stay felt smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. I am highly impressed and truly grateful for the support and service provided. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vapi and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not hygienic and dirty upon arrival. The toilet was unclean, and I had to call room service to have it cleaned. Towels were not provided initially, and I had to request them. Additionally, the telephone in the room was unavailable, forcing us to run down to the reception for any room-related issues. The shower pressure was low, making it an uncomfortable experience. The hotel bar shop sold juice boxes at outrageously high prices. The play area in the compound looked old, shabby, and dusty. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the hotel didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. The services should have been much better, focusing on basic cleanliness and maintenance."

"At first day fan was not working & we were insisted to change allotted room. Then when we told that we need two nearby rooms then it was repaired. Low water pressure old & faulty bathroom fittings shower not working properly shower adjustment not working to fix it at required position while taking bath no exhaust in toilet bathroom bathroom has glass windows connected with bedroom which was just closed by pasting a newspaper"
