"The group of clients I recently sent to Chalet Mounier experienced nothing short of perfection. From the very beginning, the pre-arrival arrangements were handled with the utmost reliability and efficiency, making the entire process seamless. Chalet Mounier is a beautiful, comfortable, and superbly equipped establishment, perfectly situated in a peaceful location slightly off the beaten track. I must also praise the outstanding service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond at every turn. What is more, all of this is offered at a very affordable price considering the high standard of the accommodation and service. In this day and age, it is rare to encounter a place that is so genuinely customer-friendly. It is truly a gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this region of the French Alps."

"The "superior apartment" was on the lower ground floor, and stank of feet and chlorine due to being near the boot room and pool. It also looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Dirty plates and cutlery in the cupboards. One lumpy pillow per person, not enough towels or linen for the number of guests. The rooms are not big enough for the amount of people advertised (adults at least, would probably be okay with kids). The boot room / ski storage was mouldy and essentially holes in a wall with a wooden door - nothing gets dry in there! Things were constantly breaking or near breaking. The only benefit of this apartment is the location, other than that you are better off staying elsewhere! Overall, just a disappointing experience - wished we had stayed somewhere else!"

"Well 5th trip to France. Location is good, large hotel, rooms spotless modern great size for a party of 7. The hotel is huge..we did have to request a lower level apartment due to mobility etc...lovely pool sauna and steam room...plenty of towels but would take some of your own in particular for the swim/pool. Resort quite compact...recommended is to book restaurants in advance. The bus is alleged to run every 10/15 minutes to the Jandri which is the central point in particular fir ski school and magic carpet etc...before arriving do some research as it is not as easy to navigate as you may think. Ski rental is possible everywhere...however as not to carry our skis and boots with us each morning and evening back to hotel lockers we hired a rental space at the foot of the Jandri..which wad great for us and the children to walk back to hotel ( buses not dependable). This will cost 5 euros pp per day. Food is accessible fresh bread and a number of supermarkets avaable. Remember to adhere to the request on departure to ensure 400 euros deposit is returned to you..and take pictures as we have on leaving to ensure this...overall a great ski experience fir us all...sadly there is no help from the French but this is across the board in my experience spanning years...shame really...I would recommend the hotel and resort though"
