"In my opinion, the location was great. It on the farther side of the island, but there are a few restaurants nearby that had tasty food. The pension host was very kind to us and went out of here way to help us. She gave us a few rides to the ferry and to the Spring Waltz filming location. There are a few "slow walk" trails near there and near the pension. The walk around the bay area at night was very peaceful. There are very few cars on the road then. To be honest, we met our host on the ferry by chance. I look forward to returning there again."

"It was exactly as pictured in the hotel guide. It was a truly great value. For a family of two adults and two children, the beds were spacious and we were able to prepare simple meals. However, my only regret is that it would have been better if the amenities weren't mixed with water. They were too thin, spraying like a water gun, and the shampoo didn't lather well. Still, if I ever visit Shinjido again, I'd definitely stay here again."

"It's located between the express bus terminal and the ferry terminal. It was conveniently located within walking distance of both the express bus terminal (about a 15-minute walk) and the ferry terminal (about a 10-minute walk). My room was on the 5th floor, so carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult. Those planning to bring heavy luggage should be aware of this. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private toilet and shower. You receive one bottle of water per night (you get it yourself from the refrigerator on the 3rd floor). They also sell chilled local beer, which was delicious. There's a convenience store very close by, which is also convenient. The view from the rooftop was fantastic. Check-in instructions were sent on the day of arrival."
