"If you must stay here, don't go out at night, the surrounding area is very dangerous. I almost went crazy when I went out to find something to eat, so I quickly took an Uber to escape. I asked the driver about the security situation in Reno. The driver said he had lived here for many years and felt that except for the place where I just stood (next to the hotel), it was okay 😅"

"The weirdest check in of my life. All over a tc screen, their equipment to print keys was broken. Was not greeted was asked what do you want. Was not told about charges or fees. They charge a “resort fee” for internet and a hot tub that is 3 ft wide and full of mud and sand. No help, internet never worked. Horrible horrible service."

"The room was large and the location was great. We booked a package with breakfast, but the front desk staff forgot to give us the breakfast coupons. The next morning, when the restaurant waiter issued the bill, we had to go to the counter to confirm and get the coupons. The breakfast selection was very limited, the smallest on our trip to the US."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her"
