"I stayed in Australia for the first time. I couldn't speak much because I didn't have English ability for a week stay, but I was very comfortable with the impression that many people stayed for a long time! !! The location and facilities were also outstanding. If I can find another pricing deal, I would definitely stay again."

"The place smelt bad, the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated, we had a massive and loud evacuation alarm go off and we we’re told by a staff member to stay in our room but we looked out the balcony and realised everyone had been evacuated apart from us and a fire truck was there. no staff at the office ever. just overall a very weird place with weird vibes. bad parking too"

"The location is convenient, close to the South Bank Park. Fully equipped, it can be fully equipped for washing and drying. Wifi is very good, unlimited use. The shortcoming is that the apartment is located at the intersection, the glass is a single floor, noisy"

"The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store. Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning. There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good. However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust. So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene."

"The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment. I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again"

"Overall is good, as what you will expect based on what you booked. However, message respond from the unit/property was slow, which we hope can be improved. The bed is a queen-sized bed, and not a king-sized bed as shown in the photo when we booked. I think we stayed for 2 or 3 nights before we moved to a new unit. We appreciated the front desk staff allowed us to change to another unit with king sized bed. During our 8 night stays, unfortunately there was once all 3 units of elevators was down at night, and my poor husband couldn't wait for repair and had to climb up to 22nd floor. However, the problem was rectified soon. One terrified thing happened around 2 to 3am one night, we were awakened by a loud alarm in our unit. We didn't know what to do and called up the in-house security number listed, what shocked us was the answer given by the man who answered the call. When we asked what's happening and do we need to go down, what the man answered is ”Up to you”. We were puzzled! Not long after that, the alarm changed from beep sound to voice telling ”Emergency, Evacuate Now”, repetitively. When we went down, many people, some in their pajamas were already outside the building. Fire brigades arrived shortly, and thank God, it turn out to be a false fire alarm. The next day, there was no any message from the management about what happened."
