"I want to like this place. The room is spacious and comfortable and the staff are generally very helpful. What is less than ideal: (1) housekeeping visited our room to clean only once in the 4.5 days we were there. (2) No iron in the room and minimal hangars. (3) The transparent divider between bedroom and bathroom area means that when one person gets up in the morning, the one staying in bed has to contend with the light beaming through the divider (4) The sliding door between the bathroom and toilet is large and clunky and noisy when you slide it. It’s especially a pain when you have to use the toilet in the middle of the night. While the nightlight in the toilet is a nice touch, because (a) it can’t be turned off and (b) that sliding door doesn’t seal shut, renegade light gets through it and through the transparent divider, making the room not as dark for sleeping as it should be."

"The hotel is very convenient as far as location but as far as everything else is i could definitely do without for example when i got there I had to switch rooms twice. Both rooms we switched out of were both disgusting, it was like house keeping didn't put any effort into cleaning either room. Then after we went through all that we get into our 3rd room and the TV stations don't work on the television and our toilet barely flushes and with having to deal with all that you would think they would offer us a discount or even a night free they offered nothing. I had to ask for some kind of discount and all I was offered was 20 off only if I extended my stay the next night. So I guess with all that I won't staying again."

"Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed"

"I was quite satisfied with the hotel; it exceeded my expectations. The American breakfast was pretty good. The friendly elderly gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The room was large and just like in the pictures. The sofa unfolds into a double bed, perfect for my child, so it wasn't cramped. The air conditioning and heating were strong, and the room was quiet. Shopping and highway access are very convenient nearby. There's a gym, but I don't know why the indoor swimming pool wasn't open. Overall, it's great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I come to ski."
