"We can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay enjoyable, from the minute we arrived it was really busy in the bar area, and the lady who checked us in was very welcoming and very helpful, to check in and to make sure we had parked in a correct place to ensure we didn’t get a lacking ticket, and for all the other staff that worked there were really on the ball with service and making us feel welcome, we will definitely be back to stay sooner rather than later, Thank you guys for your hospitality  Regards David and Wayne"

"The color of the pillows is a bit dark, the room is relatively small, and there are no clothes hangers, slippers and toothbrushes. It provides shampoo and conditioner, 2 soaps and 2 bottles of water, no shower gel, and no hot water bottle! There is no hot water in the public bathroom, so you can only take a shower with cold water. Check-in reminder is that if something is dirty, you will be charged AUD 300. I feel like I don't plan to wash the quilt. Basically worthy of this price!"

"We have a child that has extra needs so can get a bit louder then most, we were told we would not be welcome back over the tv volume being too high and my son being too loud, when we explained the situation, we where meet with rudeness and an aggressive manager who didn't want a bar of us and told me he would call police if we didn't leave after extending that morning with the last of the money we had and nowhere else to go,, I couldn't sleep probably most nights, the pub next door was busy all you could hear was yelling and music, there was banging almost every 30 mins from 12:30am till early hours of morning, it sounded like someone knocking on the main door of the building, someone was smoking on our level the smell kept coming through the room, the people above us where banging/stomping, throwing stuff around almost all night, we got woken by purple hair lady in number 12 being loud in hallway,, this is all between 9:30pm ish at night and 7am in the morning, I wouldn't recommend at all"
