"I've stayed here three times already because it's close to Zurich city center, yet the price is very cheap, breakfast is included, and it's convenient for getting to the airport the next day. Of course, it's also not far from the Rhine Falls."

"The location was great, and the receptionist was kind and polite. There wasn't much parking, so parking in a nearby parking lot cost about 85 euros per night. The room was clean and nice. The bed was soft, so it might be good for people who like that. However, although the outside noise was fine, I could hear the noise from across the hallway from my room very clearly, and it continued until around 11pm, but it was within acceptable limits."

"We appreciated from the very beginning was just how convenient the location was. The main train station is only around a five-minute walk away, making arrivals, departures, and day trips incredibly easy. Being able to step out of the hotel and immediately find yourself among cafés, shops, and old streets added a lot to the experience of staying in Winterthur. The room itself turned out to be a pleasant surprise. For a city hotel, it was larger than expected, offering enough space to settle in comfortably without feeling cramped. Sometimes city-center hotels require compromises on room size, but that wasn't the case here. Another thing that stood out was how clean and well-kept everything felt. The bathrooms appeared recently renovated, and while the building exterior carries a more traditional appearance, the rooms themselves felt noticeably more modern once inside. It created a nice contrast between the historic setting outside and the updated comfort indoors. There were, however, a few drawbacks. The absence of air conditioning became noticeable during warmer periods, particularly in a city-center location where opening windows isn't always the perfect solution. With the windows open, street noise could occasionally make its way into the room, reminding you that you are right in the middle of town. We also noticed that the hotel seemed to operate with limited staffing at times. It wasn't a major issue during our stay, but there were moments when things felt a little stretched, particularly during busier periods."
