"The best part of this hotel is definitely its fantastic staff—kudos to them! The team went out of their way to help me with several queries and even assisted in booking my train ticket. The rooms are cozy and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, the hotel is great. The breakfast buffet is decent, though it could be improved, and there’s one restaurant along with a bar. The only downside is that the bar is located in the lobby, making it a bit too exposed to passersby. Still, I’d give this hotel a solid 5 out of 5!"

"Recommended .. always stay here when in Surabaya, complete amnesty, friendly CS, water heater is ok, there is a pool and gym, water heater, coffee and tea are available, large room, good AC, cupboard, chairs and table, bed is also good, digital TV .. there is a deposit of 100 thousand which will be returned after check out time, quick to help when difficulties arise"
