Their fresh raspberries from their garden were superb also as well as their own marmalade, Top class stay. Good sized room."

"Booked here for a family wedding nearby for us and Mum in law 80+ , set in a beautiful location on the river . Very warm friendly welcome in a old pub with 6 bedrooms and restaurant and fantastic front on riverside. Can't fault it ,cosy ,lovely clean rooms ,great helpful staff food available in bar ,great choice and some night live music .the three of us ordered full English next morning and Wow ..it was full ,great quality bacon ,sausage, black pudding etc Mum was gobsmacked at the size of it and was excellent. Thankyou for the wonderful service and helpful information guys . The town is full of quirky independent shops and a lot of pubs/restaurant to visit . Well worth a visit . Thankyou guys well be back "

"This hotel is ideally suited for being in the centre of Worcester, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and located immediately opposite the Cathedral. The area around Cathedral Square may be a little lively in the evenings on certain days, but personally I do like to be in the centre of things, surrounded by the life of the place I am staying in. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which always adds to the enjoyment of any trip."

"Arrived and the car park was closed for the cricket which nobody told us about, all we had was a slightly aggressive guy saying “ it’s not for the premier in and only for cricket fans”! Booked early check in from 11am, arrived at 12:30pm and the room still wasn’t ready. 20mins later, room was finally available and they still charged us the full £15 and no apology. Not a great start but gave them the benefit of doubt. Rooms are a bit grubby and seen better days, beds are comfy though. Skip to breakfast the next day, they completely ran out of hot food and the queue was out the door, waited 20ish mins for food at a buffet line and they honestly need more staff to handle the breakfast rush. All in all, terrible and would never stay here again. Premier inn has really gone downhill in my mind but the price has gone up."

"I encountered several issues during my stay at this hotel, and I hope the hotel can make improvements: 1. The showerhead in the bathroom is fixed on the ceiling and cannot be detached, which is very inconvenient, especially for cleaning specific areas. 2. The bathroom mirror is too small and positioned too far away, making it difficult to use. 3. The hairdryer is not located in the room but in the living area, which is carpeted. Using the hairdryer in this setup easily makes the carpet wet, which is poorly designed. 4. The hairdryer’s temperature is not hot enough to effectively dry hair, making it very inconvenient for guests who need to get ready quickly. 5. The water quality in the hotel is problematic. The water appears white, making me worry about whether it is suitable for use. 6. There is no refrigerator in the room, which causes inconvenience for guests who need to store items that require cooling. 7. The lighting in the elevator is extremely dim, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable."

"Worst hotel I have ever lived in. The rooms smell very bad, the toilets are not clean. The blankets have dust on them. Honestly it's better to stay in the train station than at this hotel. For the price, it's the worst value for money. Even if they cut the prices by half I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Worcester Bank 💖 my husband and I booked our stay as a wedding anniversary trip. The staff went above and beyond as i mentioned our reason for stay in our booking. As a complete surprise they upgraded our room massively, a celebration card greeted us in our room accompanied with 2 complimentary drink to use in the bar. Was such a huge surprise. The spa was lovely, very relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Will absolutely be returning. The staff are so friendly.
