This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I stayed for a week on a business trip, and it even surpassed my experience at the Grand Hyatt in Sanya!! I initially booked just one room, but then I convinced my colleagues to book five more! 😂 I wasn't familiar with hotels in Xi'an and just picked this one because it was near the subway, but it turned out to be an unexpectedly fantastic choice! Absolutely superb! The view from the view room was truly spectacular; you can see the famous fountain and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the hotel, which was an absolute treat to admire. The hotel service was also excellent. Since I was on a business trip, the staff helped me receive several packages for my event multiple times. Both their service attitude and the service itself were top-notch. After staying for a few days, I used their laundry and drying service, which left my clothes smelling wonderfully fresh. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Xi'an!

Upon entering the room, the first thing that struck me was its spaciousness. Neither the lounge area, featuring a soft, large bed, nor the well-equipped work area with a desk and chair felt cramped. The large windows offered an expansive view and fantastic natural light. The room was bright and airy throughout the day, which definitely lifted my spirits. The room was fully equipped with all the amenities, including a smart TV, high-speed internet, and a comfortable sofa, completely satisfying all my needs. While breakfast isn't provided by the hotel, the surrounding area boasts a wide array of eateries with something to suit every taste. This actually gave me the perfect opportunity to explore more local specialty breakfast spots. When checking out, the staff warmly asked for my feedback on the stay. This level of attentiveness to guests is truly rare and commendable. Shuyu Hotel, with its excellent service and spacious rooms, truly left a lasting impression on me. For my next trip, this will certainly remain my preferred accommodation, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed on the third floor, and the room was exactly as pictured. The hotel is brand new, with a terrace outside the window. Most importantly, the location is great, with the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Tang Dynasty City just steps away, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The front desk ladies were professional, thoughtful, and warm. The value for money is excellent. Many Tang Dynasty women take photos when we go out, but we can't hear them in the room; it's very quiet. Five-star praise! From the bottom of my heart. I've extended my reservation for several days.

Great hotel for foreigners. The room was clean and modern. The staff was wonderful with helping me recover a lost selfie stick that was sent via SFExpress. I appreciated that tremendously. The metro is a short walk away. There are many good food options nearby. I’d recommend this hotel for any solo foreign travelers.
