The room is big and decent. The breakfast is good, and customer service is great. However, we booked non-smoking room, but the next door people just leave their door open and smoking in the room. The whole floor is filled with smoking smell and in to our room. I info the front desk, and they seem to be powerless to enforce the smoking rule.

We had the family room, it was clean and organized, had a great stay. Friendly and efficient staffs. Accessible location as it was near the metro.

這家酒店真的是我西安之行的首選！離西安北高鐵站非常近，還提供免費接送站服務，早餐種類豐富、味道很棒，每天都吃得很滿足，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很高效。停車也非常方便，自駕完全不用擔心。因為經常來西安，我已經是回頭客了，每次入住體驗都很滿意，強烈推薦！

房間很小，衞生很差，不建議大家入住，前台服務員小哥服務態度極差，完全不值得這個費用，我住酒店以來體驗感最差的一次，小孩子不滿1.2米還要求補早餐費用，太不可理喻了，停車場車被堵，酒店前台給我的回覆是沒有辦法，不想着給我聯繫司機，耽誤了我出行的時間，特別差，很差
