After booking the hotel, no one answered the phone to check in, so I had no choice but to cancel the order. The hotel refused to cancel the order after the timeout and refused to refund. My attitude on the phone was extremely bad and unorganized, saying that it was out of my control and that it was not his responsibility. It was disgusting.

I placed an order at 3 a.m. and applied for cancellation through customer service at 4 o'clock. The hotel contacted by customer service at 5:46 said the cancellation could not be made. The hotel said they were not responsible. The customer service staff contacted them late. The customer service said it was always fast.
