很差勁，人都到了，肆意調換房間，嘴上説著掉換更好的，結果進去，灰塵極大，而且還沒窗户，後來説要退，才又給調換個房間，而且我提前兩天走，房間也不給退款，一天都不給退，黑心商家，再也不會入住了，極差的體驗

酒店環境很好，衞生很乾凈，房間高大上，位置也很不錯，在商業中心，坐電梯可以直接到商場，購物吃飯都很方便。還有地鐵直達。酒店工作人員很熱情，還送了贈飲，退按金速度特別快，不像網上説的。非常好的體驗，很滿意。很推薦大家前去體驗，以後直接鎖定這家店了，真心棒！

在攜程網上訂的房間，導航到了酒店位子地下停車場，打了幾個電話才找酒店。根本不是酒店而是公寓房，開了門徽信交了200壓金後她説多了1個人要多交30元超員費，我説現在退房後來她也不説30元的事情了。到了明天早上退房我打了10幾個徽信電話也不接，酒店地下停車費56元停了9個多小時。到了下午3點多老闆娘打電話了説免30元超員員先要給好評才能一起退200元，我沒同意後來退了170元，我就把老闆娘徽信拉黑了，20多天新疆遊再也沒有在攜程網上找過房間，攜程網也會和這種垃圾酒店合作
