We stayed here for one night and had a generally positive experience. The staff were really nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room had a washing machine, which we used, though it was leaking — we informed the staff about this.
The only issue was cleanliness: the shower floor had multiple hairs, suggesting the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and convenient.
Overall, we appreciated the helpful staff and the amenities, and it would be a good stay if cleanliness is improved.

The smart hotel was fantastic, even better than we anticipated. In addition to the main king-size bedroom, there was a separate smaller room, which was perfect for the kids.
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Immaculate
Environment: Very pleasant
Service: Exceptional; they even brought items to the room and explained each one thoroughly.

The room was really big and spacious, and the subway station is conveniently located right next door. There's also a small shopping area nearby. For airport access, it's super convenient: just one stop to Xi'an North Station, then a quick transfer to Line 14. Line 14 also provides easy access to the Qinhan Museum, with a shuttle bus available right outside the subway exit. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite small and there's no proper wet/dry separation.

The room was spotlessly clean, practically pristine. The facilities were excellent and well-equipped, even including a washing machine. The environment was quite peaceful, though there was a little noise from upstairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Xi'an, this will 100% be my go-to choice, and I'd also gladly recommend it to my friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — it's perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing break. The location is nice and quiet, making it ideal for a couple of days away. If you truly value a quiet night’s sleep, this place is a great choice.
Although the hotel is about 13 km from the city centre, it's very well connected — there’s a Metro stop just downstairs, so getting around the city is easy and convenient.
The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless and beautifully equipped with smart home features, making the stay even more comfortable and modern.
Highly recommend for couples or solo travellers looking for a calm and well-connected place to stay!

It is a perfect location if you need to travel from Xian North station, there is a metro station 1 min away! Also easy to go anywhere including the Terracotta warriors by taxi, bus or metro.
The apartment is very good, with everything that you need, the bed and pillows are very comfortable.
The room is Modern and new!
The only drawback is that the place stinks cigarettes, and that was my mistake choosing it, as they allow smokers, for that reason I would not stay in their again, I found it really difficult to sleep with the strong smell of cigarette, even with the windows and curtains opened.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around too.
It is a commercial building, where the hotel reception is on the third floor, they are only open from 10:00 am to 22:00.
We arrived at around 19:00 and the reception was closed, but there was a Chinese mobile number to contact someone who promptly came to open it! And if you do not have a Chinese mobile you can contact them by messaging via the app where you booked the room on.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lady spoke English which was a plus!
The WiFi was really good!
The building has a 24 hrs reception with a security person.

It was very convenient and right next to the metro station: one stop away from the railway station and around 30min to the city centre. The views and room were great overall, and the service very nice
