The facilities are new and complete, and the king-sized bed was exceptionally comfortable. A notable perk is the unlimited complimentary water and beverages. There's also a laundry room and a small fitness center available. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic. Overall, a high-quality hotel for a restful and enjoyable stay in Xi'an.

We booked two rooms with a view for three nights, and our overall experience was excellent. We'd definitely make this our top choice again on our next trip to Xi'an. The location is fantastic – within walking distance to attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers and Xiaonanmen morning market. Taxis are also readily available and convenient. Our rooms featured panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the city wall and moat. In the evenings, the illuminated city wall was a beautiful sight. Mornings offered a glimpse into local life, as we watched people jogging, dancing, and shopping for groceries in the park along the moat – truly vibrant and authentic. While there was some faint traffic noise at night if you listened carefully, it didn't disturb our sleep in the slightest. The room layout was excellent, with the washing basin, toilet, and shower completely separated, which we really appreciated. The rooms were also spacious with plenty of room to move around. Housekeeping was exceptional – the rooms were spotlessly clean, and they were very respectful of our belongings. We had accidentally left a broken umbrella in the trash bin, and the housekeeping team actually checked with us to confirm we wanted it discarded, rather than mistakenly placed there. That level of thoughtfulness was impressive. The service was outstanding. They even delivered our food orders and express deliveries directly to our room. When we had an issue with the air conditioning during our stay, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. A nice touch was the mini-fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water available for self-service near the stairwell on each floor.

This hotel truly surpassed our expectations, and everyone was very pleased. For families traveling with kids, location, safety, and cleanliness are top priorities, and you honestly can't go wrong with this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, and you can tell the facilities were designed with great care. The room was very spacious. Open the curtains, and the city wall is right there. Waking up in the morning, you can enjoy the lush greenery and peacefulness of the moat park. It was incredibly relaxing to sit on the window-side sofa in the evening, gazing at the city wall. The location is fantastic. It's very close to major attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, making public transport to other areas extremely convenient. We stayed for several nights and were so comfortable we didn't even want to move anywhere else. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were always ready to answer any questions and quick to assist with any requests.

I booked this for a friend, and they insisted I leave a glowing review! I opted for the windowless cinema king room, and initially, I was worried it might feel a bit claustrophobic. However, my worries were completely unfounded! My friend mentioned the room was tastefully decorated with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped at all. The projector provided a clear picture, and the sound quality was excellent. After a tiring day, just lying on the large, soft bed and enjoying a private cinema experience was absolute bliss, truly boosting their happiness. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, as it's very close to the subway, shopping malls, and various attractions. The hotel was impeccably clean, the ambiance was great, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in very quick. There's even a cooler in the hallway with complimentary drinks – this small detail really added significant value! This will definitely be their go-to choice from now on!

Originally, I was traveling from Gansu back to Shenzhen, but unexpectedly ended up on a trip to Xi'an. By chance, I stumbled upon this hotel, and both its location and cleanliness were quite good. I initially only planned to stay for one night and then move on, but because my elderly companion found it very comfortable, we extended our stay (perhaps Xi'an was truly too hot! Every time we returned to the hotel, we felt completely refreshed and comfortable 😄). The two staff members at the front desk (a young man and a young woman) had an exceptional service attitude, even better than many star-rated hotels. They were very thoughtful and their smiles were genuinely warm. We booked two rooms, and they even upgraded one of them. Although there was a minor unpleasant incident related to service during our stay, the pros outweighed the cons. Overall, it was still a positive experience.

Unlimited complimentary water and ice were also available. The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Zhuque Gate. With numerous bars nearby, it's perfect for a relaxing drink. Within a 200-meter radius, you'll discover a wide array of dining options. Getting around by taxi or subway is incredibly convenient. Having stayed for three consecutive nights, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel gifted us a shadow puppet, which our children absolutely adored.
