優點：
1：房間比較大，有40個平方左右，這一點我喜歡，不喜歡那種很憋屈的
2：房間位置好25樓，光線好，安靜隔音不吵，在窗户邊看風景很爽
3：交通方便，下樓就是地鐵（一兩分鐘）
4：配套方便，旁邊有大型超市，天街商場，小吃等等一應俱全
5：房間配套設施齊全，冷熱水24小時，拖鞋，電熱水壺，投影電視
6：老闆人爽快，説退房按金立馬退給你了
缺點也有，來了一定要電話或微信聯繫老闆否則酒店你找不到，酒店沒有很高大上的排麪
不過如果酒店牌面特別大，酒店服務人員特別多，那就不是這個價格了，瑕不掩瑜，我是個實用主義者，我覺得不錯，真實點評

下樓拐出來不遠就是地鐵方便 周邊有商場超市 隔音一般凌晨3點被樓上小青年們嘰嘰嘎嘎笑聲吵醒 門外過人也能聽得見 再就是空調擺設説是地暖 其他都還可以

到酒店後，酒店前台沒人，打電話聯繫後，讓我先入住，入住後讓我拍身份證通過微信發給她，我覺得這樣不安全，最終沒有拍身份證，後又要求我微信轉給她100元按金，説第二天退房時退。洗澡時熱水開不到五分鐘就變成冷水了，馬桶沖一次水以後水箱短時間內很難有水，所以沒法繼續沖水，要等至少十幾分鍾後才能繼續沖馬桶。衞生間沒有放衞生紙的安全空間，導致洗澡時衞生紙全部被水淋濕。總之糟糕透了。

設施：房間很大，還是乾濕分離，洗手池在外面，非常不錯，投影儀還是極米的，老闆下血本。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，一客一換，還有一次性馬桶墊。
環境：一出丈八北路地鐵口就到了，非常方便
服務：老闆人很好，很熱情

是那種私人的公寓式民宿，總體來説還是可以的，基礎的設施都有，打掃的乾淨最重要，位置很好，樓下就是地鐵，對面一個大型超市一個大型商圈，老闆人很好，不僅提前幫我辦理了入住還幫我寄放了行李，誠信經營，有機會還會選擇！
