房間熱水器損壞，但是客服及時處理了，房間設施還可以吧，位置在寫字樓上，是月包的那種公寓，同時做酒店。

這家酒店位置太方便了！樓下就是地鐵站，去大唐不夜城、大雁塔都能坐地鐵直達。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，晚上睡得很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離做得好，洗漱不擁擠。前台服務熱情，還能免費寄存行李。周邊有不少西安特色小吃店，早上出門就能吃早餐，旅遊住這兒特別省心！

酒店環境非常好，衞生也很到位。室內面積很大，配套設施也很好，沐浴露洗髮水護髮素洗手液一應俱全，一次性的毛巾和馬桶套也是有的。百寸大屏看電視很爽！5號線就在樓下，特別方面，老闆服務也好
