I chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba on its first day of opening, and I was very satisfied with my overall experience! Although I checked in early in the morning, the front desk receptionist, Melo, was very efficient and the entire check-in process was smooth. They especially offered me a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I fell asleep instantly, making it perfect for someone like me who checks in early in the morning. The Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom is truly worth mentioning; it's a truly luxurious touch! Upon check-out, Emma, the Guest Relations Manager, even gave me a roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo) as a souvenir. I'll definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba again!

終於有機會入住西安滻灞凱悦酒店，果然不負期待！一進門就被「灞柳風雪」呼吸牆美到失語！「大堂酒廊」傍晚千盞燈亮起，浪漫值也拉滿！早餐種類豐富不説，品質也很在線，本地的肉夾饃、胡辣湯和西點烘焙同時滿足味蕾～服務細節更是沒得挑！Peter 提前幫我安排好房間，入住期間的需要也積極且及時的答覆我。遇到的每一位工作人員也都會微笑問候，讓人感覺非常温暖。期待下一次的入住～
