This was by far the most lovely hotel we stayed at in our three week trip. Everything was perfect, from the bedding to the shampoo to the amenable host (who speaks good English). You will love this place.

Lovely little hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean with a welcoming host. Having a little balcony was a great addition to the room and as we were a few days into our holiday, the addition of a washing line was very useful!

Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a smaller place. It’s right next to the city wall, lovely breakfast market round the corner. Big fan of the owner! Super friendly guy.

Room is exactly like in pics. Cozy place with lots of natural lights located on a quiet street. Location was good with eateries nearby and morning market was very near, just about 300m away. Slightly a distance from the buzzling central (eg. Muslims quarters, Yong Ning gate), but Didi is cheap so it's no issue getting around. We even commute on the 3-wheel motorcycle (4 ppl can squeeze into 1) for even cheaper options. Host was very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay there! Highly recommended!

Very kind host, also speaks very good English. The room was beautiful and so the street and surrounding area, with good cafe and resturants. I would reccomend.

Absolutely lovely stay. Everything was very clean, and no smell of cigarettes. Owner also brought fresh fruit in the afternoon which was very appreciated.

What a wonderful, hospitable owner. The owner was extremely thoughtful and took really good care of all his guests. He took extra effort to prepare an early breakfast for a European family who wanted to leave early for the terracotta museum and helped them rebook the taxi when he observed that the allocated vehicle was too small for the family of 4. I enjoyed having conversations with the owner, covering anything under the sun helping to break the monotony of solo travel. The place is located in a quieter area, but surrounded by the traditional Chinese food stalls, local market, chic restaurants and bars and trendy cafes and bakeries. Clean and tidy, the big living room on the ground floor to relax or for some, a spot to some work.
