First impressions was that its rather worn, and rooms presented either too dim or spotlights too harsh. Staff are pleasant.

The front desk quite help to answer all my questions by wechat eventhough they cant speak english.
there are some good restaurant around the hotel.
The room is ok but sometime you still can smell the smoke even for the non smoking room.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Good location and services but not happy about the lacking of the air conditioning (no cold air). Hope they can improve.

Very good accommodation for a night in Xi'an. Everything was as expected, bed was confortable, sheets and towels were clean. Excepted the smell of cigarets in a non smoker room, I have had a nice night.
Service was excellent, breakfast as well. Staff is non English speaker, so prepare your online translator.
