The hotel boasts an excellent location by Qujiang Nanhu Lake, right next to the Hanyao scenic spot, offering picturesque surroundings. All hotel staff were exceptionally courteous, always greeting guests warmly. The lobby is grand and spacious, and the rooms were spotlessly clean with a practical and comfortable layout. Room service was prompt, and the buffet breakfast was extensive and varied. After checking out, I realized I had left some items behind. The hotel staff promptly found them, contacted me, and even arranged for express delivery back to me, which was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. This was a truly excellent experience, and I highly recommend it.

We chose the hotel to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. The hotel is a symbol as we also celebrated the wedding at the W Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel in Xi'an is distinguished by its large balconies, where you can elegantly spend the sunset and also have a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the city.
The sauna and swimming pool are impeccable. An amazing breakfast with a large selection of Chinese and foreign dishes.

The W Hotel Xi'an truly goes above and beyond. Traveling with two kids, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, and breakfast for both children was included. The beds were noticeably more spacious than typical hotel beds, which was a huge plus. Even with two children (both around 10 years old), we could all sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved being able to enjoy authentic Xi'an specialties right at the hotel, including Roujiamo, Youpo Lazimian, Beef Paomo, Lamb Soup, and Hulatang. During our stay, it happened to be someone's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a surprise birthday cake. This unexpected treat truly made our day! We'll definitely be choosing the W Hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an.

Just before the summer holiday wrapped up, I had planned a leisurely trip around Xi'an. But it was Qixi Festival and pouring rain, so I was pretty much stuck in the hotel. Wow, but then again, it's the W! You can always have fun there, no matter what the situation. Every single staff member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping, restaurant, and customer service—provided excellent service. They upgraded my room based on my needs and offered some truly helpful recommendations. The room's amenities were fantastic, with a huge balcony and an absolutely breathtaking view. W, you're truly amazing!

Needless to say. W series of hotels live up to their name. This outlet here in XI’an has superb amazing architectural designs. The colours, the designs everything was so perfect.
The room is big and beautiful with a balcony. The gym is well equipped as well. There was a few restaurants beside the hotel. If u can walk around 15mins u can reach a big shopping centre.
Will definitely come back this hotel again!
