The room was very comfortable and clean. But the service was the real highlight. I called the front desk to request a room change, hoping for one more to my liking. The lady at the front desk patiently helped me switch rooms three times. Even though I ultimately decided to stick with the original room, her patience and willingness to help were truly commendable; I honestly felt a bit embarrassed by her dedication. Housekeeping was also excellent; after returning on the second evening of my two-night stay, I found my room had been tidied and new bottled water provided. What was particularly reassuring was that my phone, iPad, and other personal items left on the table were completely untouched. Additionally, there's a convenient laundry room downstairs, and deliveries like takeout are brought right to your door by a cute little robot.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel itself felt very comfortable, and the laundry facilities were spotless. Our room was very cozy and comfortable, and all the amenities were comprehensive, including robot delivery service for meals. The location is super convenient for transportation; there are many dining choices nearby, and it's very close to both the train and subway stations. The breakfast was impressive – abundant, with a great variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, hot dishes, and even Roujiamo. They also offered complimentary coffee and black tea. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The location is excellent, not far from the train station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This building houses several hotels. After spending a few days exploring Xi'an, we opted for the Home Inn Business Hotel near Xi'an Station for our departure. The value for money was simply incredible! Firstly, the location is excellent – practically in the city center. It's just a 3-4 minute walk from Wulukou Metro Station, making it super convenient to visit attractions like the Bell Tower, Muslim Street, and the Grand Tang Everbright City. The front desk service was truly exceptional; the staff were so friendly and easy to chat with. The room was spotless, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers, which was a thoughtful touch for hygiene. We also appreciated the 4 complimentary bottles of mineral water daily. The bathroom had a practical wet/dry separation, and the room itself was quite spacious, with the added bonus of screen mirroring capability. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!
