The room was spotless. The front desk service was outstanding; they even offered complimentary tea during check-in. Breakfast was delicious, and both check-in and invoicing were handled very quickly. They also kindly provided us with water upon check-out. A huge plus was the guaranteed late check-out until 2 PM, which they proactively informed us about.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Yongning Gate, with Xueyuan Gate just downstairs, and also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The rooms are spacious, and the service was excellent. Our kids were extremely happy and even said they want to stay at Atour again next time! To top it off, they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out, which was a really nice touch.

I stayed for 4 nights. The conditioner ran out after just one use on the first day and was never refilled. Despite daily housekeeping visits, their cleaning efforts seemed negligible, as the bathroom floor remained consistently dirty throughout my stay. I would have definitely switched hotels if the room's location hadn't been decent. On the third day, I spilled a drink on the floor, and even after their 'cleaning,' the spot was still sticky, making my shoes adhere to it – it felt like no cleaning had been done at all. The room was spotless. The location is fantastic, being very close to the Bell Tower and Yongning Gate. Shuyuanmen is right outside, and the Yongning Gate city wall is directly across the street.
