Hotels in Daming Palace/Xi'an Railway Station, Xi'an

When traveling with my parents, my biggest concerns are always transportation and accommodation. Although the hotel's vicinity was crowded and noisy at night, my parents surprisingly loved the lively buzz of everyday life, even commenting that such a vibrant atmosphere is essential for young people to thrive. Adding to the positive experience, my dad was so charmed by the cafe's ambiance that he spontaneously asked to take photos. During check-out, a polite young man named Zhou helped us with our luggage, and the cleaning staff went out of their way to assist us. These small, thoughtful gestures made us feel incredibly warm and filled the final leg of our trip with a deep sense of gratitude. My parents said they'd love to visit Xi'an again in the future, and I truly hope we'll get to come back soon!

After searching for a long time online, I found this garden-style hotel. I originally booked Building 3, but the hotel upgraded me to Building 2 (Xi'an Luxury Mercure People's Building). The hotel was originally a guesthouse of the provincial government, hidden in the garden, with a calm architectural style and has gone through the years. The interior decoration is full of Chinese cultural heritage, simple, low-key and meaningful. The check-in environment is quiet and tidy, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The service is polite and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the three service staff Lu Feifei, Ren Huanting and Wang Yiming. Suggestions: 1. Add some local special snacks (mini version) to breakfast to increase the experience of tourists; 2. Set the breakfast to be flexible (that is, you can book it after staying, or cancel a meal temporarily), so that guests can go out to experience Xi'an's folk morning market.

Great hotel, excellent location. Metro staion Guangjijie line 6 out front alongside a convenience store, KFC and half a dozen nice Chinese food outlets. Drum tower 250m down the road, and Bell Tower and the main boulevard a bit further. All near the south gate. Breakfast is a modest variety but delicious, and well re-stocked. The room was large, with excellent fittings and furnishings, with a nice local outlook from the windows. The window opens for some fresh air if required. The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. And free washing detergent. All the staff from reception to cleaners to cooks are lovely, and do their jobs really well.

The location is very good, very close to Xi'an Station, breakfast is good, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom water is not bad. Seeing the parking lot, speculates that it is free. It was the first time I gave the room card, I gave other guests a room. I don't know if there was a problem with the system. Later, I changed the new room and there was a follow-up greeting at the front desk. Hopefully, I'll be more rigorous next time.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right downstairs, there's a bustling shopping street and a subway entrance. It's super close to the Bell Tower, Muslim Street, and Drum Tower, truly putting you in the heart of the city center. The front desk even gave us a complimentary room upgrade, and it was incredibly spacious. My kids absolutely loved this hotel! During our entire stay in Xi'an, they kept asking to go back there because no other hotel we stayed in was as spacious. A big thank you to the kind gentleman at the front desk!

The hotel is close to a subway station (about a 12 minute walk. The room has a lot of space but is not thoroughly cleaned unfortunately. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the hotel staff is very helpfull :)

My room number : 207 The Room is big, excellent location very close to the metro station. A walkable distance to the Bell tower & Drum Tower. Many halal restaurants & supermarket. Reception people don’t know English, can’t speak it or understand it. & they can’t help you with any inquiries. It was very hard to communicate, but in the end they gave me a magmatic as a souvenir gift. The room doesn’t have a refrigerator or a safety box, but honestly, the place feels very safe — you can leave your belongings without worrying. However, I think the bathtub needs to be cleaned more thoroughly after each guest, especially the floor under the bathtub. I think this Hotel is for +18 Adults, because of the sounds & noise that is coming from the next rooms. Keep in your mind that the Hotel name is Smart Hotel. Overall the experience was incredible & I would love to stay here again 😇. One more thing it would be great if you add ( bath bubble bumps ) to the room, not only durex with extra payment.

The air conditioner in the room was broken at first and it was not cold. After contacting the front desk, someone came up to communicate. We were given a view room and were changed to a guest room. Although there was no view of the city wall, it was an upgraded room type. And considering that it was already late, it was understandable that there were few vacant rooms. I have stayed in the Intercity Hotel in Qujiang. In comparison, I still feel that the overall facilities of the Intercity Hotel in Daming Palace are more complete, and the breakfast dining area is also larger. Although the Intercity Hotel in Qujiang does not have it, I still hope that there will be staff to guide the service in the breakfast pick-up area. Apart from these small details, the overall experience is good. The laundry room is very convenient for washing clothes, the gym is enough for daily fitness, the breakfast variety is also rich, the lobby is also spacious and bright, the hotel is also in a superior location near Xi'an Station and the city wall, the service staff are very warm and polite, and the guest rooms are also very clean. As an old guest of Huazhu Club, the premium of the all-season hotel is high now, and the cost performance of this Intercity Hotel is also very good.

i love everything about this hotel! i couldn’t find it at first but then they pick me up to the hotel hahaha best service ever and also this hotel smells so nice! it’s probably the nicest one i’ve stayed while im in china and all the main attractions just right there so convenient ♥️
