The manager Zhang Qiong specifically contacted me to deal with it, which was great. Everything has a response. All in all, everything was great. This hotel made my trip to Xi'an very happy.

The staff were incredibly responsive; refilling mineral water and changing towels were all done very promptly. The view from the window was expansive, overlooking a park, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly squeezed juice was absolutely superb. The value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This place is close to customers on business trips, the service and hygiene are good, the room size is moderate, and it is suitable for business trips. The downstairs is a bit messy, with a strong smell of fireworks, but it is convenient for eating. There is a very down-to-earth food street and a shopping mall. It is 3 minutes away from the subway entrance, which is very convenient. The taxi call in the morning was also quite fast. The breakfast is simple but nutritious. It would be nice if there was a freshly ground coffee machine🤔

The hotel is located in the southwest corner of the quiet intersection of East Chang'an Avenue and Shenzhou 5 Road. The lobby decoration is very modern, the elevator is warm and noble, and the details are well done, such as the coffee and hot water station, dressing table, and bedside cabinets with customizable reminders. When I woke up in the morning, I found that there was also a British-style cafe here.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Qujiang South has a great experience! The location is excellent, close to the highway and surrounded by many attractions. The room is clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable and the soundproofing is good. The facilities are complete and there is a gym. The breakfast is rich and delicious, combining Chinese and Western styles with local characteristics. Zhang Min is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, there are free drinks at the front desk, and parking is also convenient. Highly recommended.
