Moreover, even with the window close, I can heard the traffic sound from the road right beside the hotel. Also, the hotel was renovated from aresident place. If Im not wrong, only B1 to LV11 belongs to the hotel, above are the local residence. The toilet was also quite dirty. Furthermore, although Trip states that some rooms are non-smoking room. When I arrive at the hotel, the front desk said the hotel has no non-smoking rooms. When on the way to my room, I can smell the strong cigarette smell, fulfilling the whole corridor. Even with the door closed, the smell still sink into my room. I have no choice other than open the window as they do not provide air purifier. Also, to wash clothes, we will need to proceed to B1. There is only 2 lifts available for use and only 1 of it canbring us to B1. We often waited for 10 mins for that one particular lift to come up as many ppl are using the lifts at the same time. However, the cleaner aunties here are every nice and helpful. They do provide enough one-time disposable item as per their star rating.
