I recently stayed at Xitang Hotel in Xi'an and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The location is perfect - just 3-5 minutes away from the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the main pedestrian street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. And here’s a delightful bonus—unlimited free ice cream! Such a fun and refreshing perk. Another highlight was the street where the hotel is located—it’s full of studios where you can try on traditional Chinese outfits and get themed makeup done, adding a unique cultural experience to the stay. Transportation was also hassle-free, with the airport just about an hour away by taxi. Overall, I highly recommend Xitang Hotel—great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and some lovely extra touches. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Xi'an! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

This hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Tang Mall and Tang Paradise, with rooms offering direct views of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It's also very close to the Xi'an Film Studio, surrounded by plenty of dining options, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel's ambiance is lovely, and a pleasant fragrance greets you right as you step into the lobby. Rooms are clean and spacious. Surprisingly, our street-facing room on the 9th floor was almost completely silent, with virtually no street noise audible. The staff are courteous and warm, showing great attention to detail. They provide numerous complimentary services, including in-room beverages. Upon check-out, we were delightfully surprised to receive a souvenir gift – an exquisite shadow puppet paper-cut. The bedding was very comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided two types of pillows to suit different preferences. The soundproofing was also excellent. We stayed for five consecutive nights, and both adults and children had an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay. Considering its price, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. It will certainly be our first choice for any future visits to Xi'an.

Stayed over Christmas and was a really great stay with everything I needed. Lovely staff who were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but nice. Rooms were large with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Was in a fairly good location. Easy to get to.

I took my child to play, and I originally chose another five-star hotel nearby. That night, I found that all aspects did not meet the requirements, the child did not like it, and the air was not fresh, so I wanted to change a hotel. That night, I saw that this hotel had no rooms, so I booked a room for the next day. I originally wanted to book a larger king-size bed room. I saw online reviews that it could be upgraded, so I tried to contact the hotel. Unexpectedly, Xiao Kou arranged it when she heard that I was bringing a child. To be honest, I changed it unintentionally. I thought that if the child did not like it, I would continue to change it, but I stayed there for 3 consecutive days. First of all, let me talk about the first check-in. After contacting Xiao Kou, she was very careful and arranged a good room. After the room was arranged, she contacted us quickly, and came to live directly. Knowing that we were bringing children, she also prepared various small gifts for the children, which was very considerate. The check-in staff were very polite. Of course, this is a must for five stars. It is worth praising that the hotel took the initiative to install a protective fence next to the bed in the room after check-in. Various toiletries were also prepared for the children. The children were very happy. In fact, these small gifts are nothing to us, but the children like them. People are very thoughtful and considerate. This feeling is different. The hotel is surrounded by small villages, and it is very convenient to eat, drink, play, and shop. SKP is also very close. If you bring children, you can take a double-decker bus. We took a round trip and the children were very happy. The Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps and the ancient city wall are not far away. It is very convenient to drive, take a taxi, or take the subway. In addition, on the fourth day, the child fell and scratched his arm when he went out. The first thing I thought of was the hotel. I asked Xiao Kou for help, and he helped me with anti-inflammatory bandages in time. How should I put it? Maybe everyone feels differently. You may feel that staying in this hotel is normal. But you will never feel disappointed. It will be more considerate and comfortable. In short, you can find the staff if you have reasonable needs. They will not be stingy.

Everything is good. They only have one washing machine and heater. So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

The location is in the center of Xi'an, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The facilities are also good, clean, the price is not expensive, and I will live next time.

Transportation and location: The location is very good 👍 There is a subway station at the exit, and there is a shuttle bus to the Tang Dynasty City, which is very convenient. You must choose this hotel when traveling with children and the elderly, it is super convenient. Surrounding environment: There are restaurants downstairs, fruit shops and convenience stores opposite, and shopping malls are 5 minutes away on foot. Hotel environment: The environment is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are also very complete. The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

The hotel service was excellent. They offered complimentary desserts every evening, and any issues we had were promptly addressed. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. We originally booked a family room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a room with two king-size beds, which allowed us to sleep very comfortably. Most importantly, they provided a drying rack, which was incredibly convenient for doing laundry during our multi-day stay. We didn't book breakfast initially, but when we decided to add it later, they still gave us a discount. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only minor drawback was its distance from the metro station, over 500 meters away, which took almost 10 minutes to walk, especially with young children. We also noticed that booking through Ctrip was slightly more expensive than elsewhere.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Its location near Datang Everbright City and Joy City is a definite plus. However, being right at the entrance of a major scenic area and on a one-way street makes getting around a bit inconvenient, especially in the evenings. This is something for other travelers to keep in mind. Despite the bustling location, the hotel itself was quiet, and I had a good rest. The only real downside was the breakfast, which had a very limited selection. What's more, for some reason, even the restaurant staff during breakfast were asking us for positive reviews. If this is for staff evaluation, the hotel should really consider guest privacy and approach guests at appropriate times without being intrusive. Plus, the breakfast staff generally don't have direct interactions with guests beyond serving food, so it felt quite abrupt and out of place. On a positive note, both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only two or three hundred meters away from the subway station. You can take Line 6 and Line 3. It is very convenient to go to the Big and Small Wild Goose Pagodas, Bell and Drum Tower, Muslim Street and other attractions within more than 20 minutes. The floor is high, the view is good, the surrounding environment is very quiet, the equipment and facilities in the room are clean and tidy, the cleaning is done very well, and the buckwheat pillow and hard mattress make people sleep very comfortable. The most commendable thing about the hotel is its meticulous service. Not only will it take the initiative to contact and provide travel guides before the trip, but it is also very caring during the stay, preparing small gifts for children, providing free drinks and snacks every day, and actively discovering guests' needs and meeting them in time when cleaning the room. It is attentive, considerate and warm. In addition to the profound historical and cultural heritage of this ancient capital of 13 dynasties, the unforgettable trip to Xi'an this time is also the warm and thoughtful service of Zhicheng Libai Hotel, which made our trip full of harvest. Next time I come to Xi'an, Zhicheng Libai will still be our first choice.
