"I called to book a room, and someone named Dong hung up on me twice. The front desk clerk, named Qi, actually told me not to give her a hard time. They said they had agreed to free breakfast, but when we arrived, the front desk clerk said they didn't know and didn't even explain it. How can they be a chain hotel with this kind of service?
