Hotels in Bailuzhou/Dongdu wharf, Xiamen

The hotel is fantastic and we always stay there when traveling to Xiamen. Great facilities and welcoming staff, although the restaurant we visited inside the hotel was poor. The restaurant was the Italian on the ground floor of the hotel. We ordered a variety of starters and main meals, although they were brought out at different times and effectively we all ate alone. I stressed the point that can all the starters and main meals be brought at the same time and the response was they take different times to cook, I found this astonishing and surely the chefs could of altered this to meet our demands. The staff within the restaurant were poor at best, they didn’t ask how our meal was, even though we left most of it. In conclusion the hotel is wonderful, but if you’re thinking of eating in the Italian I would definitely not advise as the treatment and money we spent was not worth the value at all.

The hotel has a great ambiance. Upon checking in, a lovely fragrance filled the lobby, and it felt really pleasant to come back to after being outside. The front desk service was excellent. I'd especially like to thank the housekeeper on the 17th floor; her attitude was, without a doubt, the best and most welcoming I've experienced in any hotel of this price point. The only minor dissatisfaction was with the Margherita pizza from the hotel's menu. My girlfriend didn't want me to say anything, but after eating it, she experienced noticeable discomfort. She spent the entire afternoon with projectile vomiting, which completely drained her. We're not sure if it was food poisoning or something else. Aside from that, I was quite satisfied with the hotel.

The room is very clean and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is also quiet and convenient, just next to the subway station.

Xiamen Lakeside Hotel is a great place to stay. We stayed over there from 12/23/24 to 12/25/24 and 12/27/24 to 12/28/24 for our family reunion in the holidays. In addition, we participated the Christmas Party. The food is great. It is conveniently located closeby the airport. The airport shuttle is also available. The guest services is excellent. We really appreciated to Ms. Cin Wu for arranging the boat tour to Gulanyu and Little Kinmen. I am not familiar with the Weixin Wallet payment system. Could not get it to work before our arrival. Due to our tight schedule, Cin took one step ahead and arranged the payment for us. I could not ask for more. If I visit Xiamen next time, I will definitely stay at Xiamen Lakeside Hotel. 廈門金雁酒店是個很好的旅店。 我們從24年12月23日到24年12月25日以及24年12月27日到24年12月28日住在那裡，回你家，與家人在假期團聚。 此外，我們也參加了聖誕晚會。 食物很棒。位置便利，靠近機場。飯店也提供機場接駁車服務。 賓客服務非常好。 我們非常感謝吳辛筎小姐幫忙安排鼓浪嶼和小金門的遊覽。我對微信錢包支付系統不熟悉。 在我們到達之前無法讓它工作。 由於時間緊迫，吳小姐提前為我們安排了付款。 我不能要求更多了。如果下次來廈門，我一定還會入住廈門西湖大飯店。

Convenient location . Front desk service especially Xiao Zhong given us a memorable experience . Accommodative to our request for advance 1 day parking and given good suggestions where to visit and have our meals. Thank you.

The room is new and well designed. The check-in was easy and welcoming. However, it did not feel particularly clean: strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, fingerprints all over the windows. Also, the shower water pressure was very low sometimes. One major issue was the insane amount of noise: I stayed on 31st floor and from about 8 in the morning on the weekend, there was unbearable noise from the floor above, as if the building is under demolition. Besides that, I had a pleasant stay.

We had a 2 nights stay at the Pullman Xiamen hotel from 29 to 31 Oct. I would like to give compliments to the reception staff at this hotel, especially Beck and Wendy. Beck had guilded and helped us to book our ferry tickets to Gulangyu and made payment using his local identity. Kudos to his good services, we had a very good experience staying in Xiamen. Very convenient location just next to the station - jianye metro station. I love that I could just take a stroll up the mountain that was just opposite the hotel too! They had nice welcoming snacks too while I waited for my room to be ready.

It is much more than what I expected, I feel I stay 5 stars hotel for half price😃😃👍👍

This was my second stay at the hotel, largely due to its proximity to Yuandang Lake. Enjoying a stroll by the lake in the morning and evening was incredibly pleasant. The lake-view room offered stunning vistas both morning and evening; watching the sunrise cast beautiful, captivating hues across the lake was truly delightful. My friend, who stayed for the first time based on my recommendation, also highly praised it. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
