Hotels in Wuyuan Bay Area, Xiamen

My partner and I stayed here as we had an early flight the next morning. The location is PERFECT for the airport - it was less than 10mins by taxi. Also, the hotel is not on the flight path so you don’t get awoken by planes! The hotel is new so it’s clean, modern and very comfortable. Our only issues were with the staff, who were young and a little untrained. The day we arrived was quite warm and humid and I had problems cooling the room with the air con. When we reported it, we were given conflicting advice and it was kinda blamed on us (eventually, we learned they don’t have a cooling function during the winter months). Also, there was a restaurant attached hosting a party, which meant there was loud, drunken karaoke and cigarette smoke filling the lobby, which seemed inappropriate: I’m not sure why they didn’t just close the doors. I’m guessing the staff are new in the hotel game and still figuring it out, I’m sure this will get better.

The room is small, the facilities are old, the service is slow, and the exterior is messy... As a ”fan” of Bai Xiang, this is the worst fake Bai Xiang I've ever stayed in 😅😅😅😅!! There is no indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool will not open until the afternoon. I had to call three or four times in a row to order a bath towel. The breakfast has few categories and the style is average. The shacha noodles are served with vegetables 😡😡😡😡!! It subverted my perception of Bai Xiang.

The service staff are very considerate. From the check-in counter to the airport drop-off staff, Mr. Zhou pays close attention to the needs of the guests. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. It is located in a startup park. It happened to be a holiday when I checked in, so the surrounding area was not too busy. If I wanted to buy some small things, I had to walk for a while, and I still needed to take a taxi for takeout. The mattress is good, the bedding is soft and thick, and the amenities are quite complete. For me who is used to sleeping on a soft bed, it is very comfortable. The hair dryer is light and easy to hold, the air outlet is very clean, and the sound insulation is very good. For breakfast, it has everything you need considering the local taste, including bread and salad, etc. It is average. Overall, you can see the dedication in business operations.

W hotel never didsapoints 🥰 we had fun during happy hour as soon as we arrived. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, room service was available even late at night, I would come back again😍

This hotel stay truly made me an instant fan of Concierge Richard and Lydia from Guest Relations! From the moment I stepped out of the car, Richard enthusiastically took my luggage and meticulously guided me through the hotel's layout. He vividly described the ingenious blend of Minnan (Southern Fujian) charm and modern design, essentially turning the luggage service into an artistic tour 🎨. During check-in, Lydia truly anticipated my needs. She not only expedited the check-in process but also thoughtfully arranged for a late check-out. She even remembered my preferred fruit and ensured it was part of the welcome amenity 🍒. Dining on the 33rd floor, Lydia had proactively reserved a prime table with a stunning view. Her recommendations for both breakfast and afternoon tea were absolutely delightful. While the hotel already impresses with its new facilities and excellent location, Richard and Lydia's genuine warmth, treating guests like family, truly elevated the entire experience to perfection! Such invaluable employees deserve widespread recognition. I will absolutely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

During our week-long trip to Xiamen, we chose to go sailing in Wuyuan Bay and stayed at the Wyndham. A special thanks to our butler, Annie, for her warm hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, providing her WeChat so we could ask questions and get assistance anytime. Seeing that we were two adults and two children, the hotel proactively upgraded our room. The room was beautiful and boasted a stunning sea view. The kids were absolutely thrilled the moment they stepped inside! We had a very comfortable night's sleep, as the bedding was wonderfully cozy. It was a shame the weather was overcast; otherwise, we could have watched the sunrise right from our bed.

It is said that it is a newly opened Atour ~ the price/performance ratio is very good! Honey water will be provided while waiting for processing, which is very considerate! Although it is newly opened, there is no peculiar smell in the room. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple, bright and warm, allowing guests to put down their tiredness and have a good rest. The supporting facilities in the room are very complete. There is a smart mirror and smart toilet in the bathroom. The button design in the shower room is very reasonable, so there will be no embarrassing situation of getting wet from the head when you want to use the shower. The hotel is also equipped with facilities such as a gym and laundry room. Business trips and family trips can both suit your needs. The breakfast options are also very rich! Highly recommended for everyone to choose!

Outstanding Stay – Perfect for Family and Friends! We had a wonderful experience at Langham Place Xiamen hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a great selection of pillows to choose from. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, conveniently near a large mall and surrounded by plenty of great eateries. Overall, an outstanding hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back !

The hotel service is very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was given a cup of tea. The breakfast was also delicious. I was very satisfied. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one gave me a very comfortable feeling. I will continue to choose it next time. The hotel has complete facilities, including a gym and laundry detergent. My experience with Atour Hotels is consistently excellent, and this particular stay was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the complimentary late-night congee delivery was also a very thoughtful touch. Overall, Atour is always my top choice when I need a hotel.
