The room is good, comfortable and clean. We request the non smoking room and they provide us the good one with beautiful view. You can walk to Changpinggou 5 mins only ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We requested to change our room on the first night because it was filled with cigarette smell. The staff apologised, gave us a discount and helped us change rooms. The hotel staff helped us get to Shuangqiaogou and back from Shuangqiaogou. Overall we had a good stay at the hotel.

The location is great, and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and the room is okay. However, the room has a very strong cigarette smell. I felt dizzy and had to open the window for ventilation. When I booked the room, there wasn’t a non-smoking option available, so I specifically requested for the cigarette smell to be removed. But the smell was still there — and very strong, too. Overall, though, it’s still a good place. It’s close to restaurants, public transportation, and attractions, and the price is quite reasonable.

The room was incredibly clean and tidy. The front desk staff were fantastic – the lady who assisted us was so warm and helpful, even granting us a late check-out. The cleanliness of the room was consistently excellent. Additionally, the soundproofing on the windows was very effective; despite our room being right by the river, closing the windows made it virtually silent inside, which was fantastic! We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Siguniang Mountain.

Our attendant, Xiao Lian, provided incredibly thoughtful and detailed service. Last night, my girlfriend developed altitude sickness. I called, and Xiao Lian was immediately there to check on her and even drove her to the emergency room. My girlfriend was feeling better within an hour. The next day, Xiao Lian also gave us excellent recommendations for local attractions, and thanks to her advice, we didn't encounter any tourist traps or bad experiences whatsoever. Her service was truly outstanding!

Love it! We spent 2 nights here. Very good service. Room is beautiful. View is stunning of trees amongst the snows especially in the morning. Defenitely recommended. The very kind lady here helped us getting on the car.

Cleanliness: The place was quite clean overall. Service: The owner was incredibly kind and hospitable. Environment: The setting was pretty good, and we were treated to beautiful scenery during the snowfall.

The hotel offers underfloor heating, is relatively quiet, and features very spacious rooms. Breakfast is available for an additional charge and is served at a nearby affiliated property, not as a buffet. Staff can assist with arranging taxis to Shuangqiao Valley.

Very good and clean. Since it wasn't peak season, it was excellent value for money. The owner was super friendly and gave us some fantastic tips for our onward travels. We followed their suggestions, and the sights were indeed stunning. We initially only planned to stay one night, but then discovered the hotel had a small, cozy bar – a perfect spot to unwind and socialize without any loud crowds.

Excellent! The owner even upgraded my room for free. It offers beautiful views of snow-capped mountains and the soothing sound of a stream. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely book this place again next time.

The room's cleanliness, especially in the corners and less obvious spots, was quite disappointing, which might be due to the hotel's age. I'd suggest a thorough deep clean. On a positive note, the staff service was excellent, and they were very responsive.

I came here for trail running, and the location was excellent – very close to the starting point. The only downside was that breakfast was served at a different location, and walking there wasn't particularly convenient. However, when I checked out, the owner kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The hotel is located near the entrance of Changpinggou. It’s conveniently situated right by the main road, making it easy to access. The atmosphere is lovely, as it’s close to the river, offering peace and quiet at night without the crowds. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful with information.
