過於昂貴的農家樂
在端午假期出來這裏旅遊，完全自費，所以評價是完全真實的。風景很美，但是以酒店的設施和服務完全對不起這個價格，一千的酒店完全有更好的選擇。
1. 遊覽車的問題 酒店提到有遊覽車然後把我們安排在了較遠的樓棟，然後全程兩天，我們衹有退房的時候成功叫到過遊覽車，其他時候都是步行…而且半路攔車司機也不讓上，全程走來走去
2. 晚上的特色節目就是一個土味大舞台表演着劣質節目，本來不去看這也不關我的事，問題唯一賣食物的地方就在這個土味大舞台旁邊，每天都要捂着耳朵吃東西，忍受各種土味流行歌唱跳喊麥，喇叭大到附近的所有酒店住房區域都聽得到。
3. 山頂的景色本來不錯，可惜每個點都要放一堆土味牌子，且好多好多蟲子趴在衣服上，在山頂不停地趕蟲子超級崩潰
4. 標價1000的房間，房卡30一張，丟了就要扣錢，反正我是沒見過這個檔次的酒店扣這種費用。
5. 房間氣味很大，有明顯的新裝修的氣味，晚上蟲子超級多，撲稜蛾子，螞蚱，翠綠的飛蟲，反正一晚上進來有十幾衹，被子非常潮濕，而且住了兩晚，第一晚後除了補充了浴巾和水，連小毛巾都沒給，吃的盒飯都是我們自己收拾的。
6. 湖邊道路上的落葉和鴨糞滿滿，超級滑，一不小心就會摔到，也不知道多久沒維護了
這個價格如果我是400/500來一趟我覺得完全可以接受，可是這麼貴的價格，這樣的服務，真的是妥妥冤大頭…絕對不會來第二次的地方，除非訂的是最便宜的房型，而且家人就喜歡土味熱鬧打卡拍照覺得合適，對環境服務有訴求的人我真的狠狠的勸退，別來！

翔順集團酒店的我都做住過，非常的好，必須打卡嗯，在酒店在800米的高山茶場上面，空氣非常非常的好嗯，衹是可能選的日子有點不對，清明假期有時候經常下雨，但可以看雲海，晚上不用開空調，直接開窗睡覺嗯，廣東省內少數的高山吸氧酒店，可以在百年古茶樹那裡走一下，有很多百年老樹，也可以坐纜車去山頂看風車看山嗯，打卡天空之鏡嗯，酒店還自己投資修了一條高山纜車，可以打卡上山頂飛天蠶，看日出日落，看風車山，爬小長城，夏天來會非常的舒服，還有水上樂園，早餐也跟得上，還有湖景小池子泡温泉，健身房，夏天再來，其實18年剛開的時候來過一次沒有進來，現在啥都有了非常好

我訂🉐️系兩房一廳帶泡池，碰巧五一下雨，酒店在象窩山裡麪，空氣清新。但我所訂的房型帶泡池根本沒得泡，池小的衹適合一人泡，早知道就衹訂沒有泡池的房間。因為下雨晚上訂了自助餐，自助餐大家不要期待太大，可以。酒店人員服務是可以的，但對酒店的流程不熟悉。訂了包含纜車🚡，還行。希望酒店設施越來越完善。

大雨天氣，景區內出行非常不便。因為沒有接駁車。
早餐品種看上去多，但是就是同類食品分不同器皿裝而已，質量不高。
前台服務不敢苟同，當時因為下大雨，房間分配到山頂，離餐廳和大堂非常遠，又沒有接駁車，讓我們怎麼辦。後來在我們強烈要求下，才換到和大堂餐廳附近的樓層。終於不用淋雨。
晚餐就在酒店吃飯，飯菜量少，還非常貴，沒辦法僅此一家，不然就要下山走10公里才有餐廳。
第二天去坐纜車，準備看看風景，結果排隊40分鐘，雨中排隊幾次，排隊換票，排隊確認身份，排隊上車，流程複雜到昏，煩透了，可惜雨霧中除了白茫茫一片霧，什麼也沒有看到，山頂下來又還要重新排隊驗證後乘纜車下來，真是吃飽了撐的，現在也想不明白為什麼？
請問你們的服務和承諾為什麼差那麼遠，怎麼對得起1300元一晚房價這個價格

五一出行，對於假期的價位在預算範圍內。
1，房型山景一房一廳，剛開門有一絲絲新裝修味，房品很乾爽（近期下雨天沒有潮味，十分滿意）、房間內衞生間都很乾凈，這點真的滿意。
2，對於假期的雨天、酒店也安排了室內的魔術，茶藝一系列活動，服務上也可以、對於車流人流都安排很好，觀光車也很及時。
3，纜車上的景點未完善好，但是山上的環境很不錯。
這次行程除了雨天，總體體驗是良好的。如果再次在這城市這附近的話、會二刷的酒店。

衝著正湖景，所以訂了象窩酒店的湖景雙床房。但入住前一天收到酒店電話説升級為湖景一房一廳，本以為會更好，結果到酒店入住才知道什麼叫失望！雖然房間是不錯，也很舒服，但風景由正湖景變成遠眺湖景，而且房間安排在雲山閣，離象窩酒店比較遠，無論是泡温泉還是吃飯都不方便，雖然有觀光車，但觀光車除了有時間段限制，運力十分不足，看似衹要一輛觀光車，五一期間山上有點冷，泡完温泉等觀光車時間長，凍得直打哆嗦。建議酒店既然房間分佈範圍比較大，在節假日除了增加觀光車運力，最好取消時間段限制。打電話給客人升級房間時應該説明房間的位置，畢竟第一次入住酒店，體驗感非常重要，如果住客因房間升級了反而失望了，那還有第二次嗎？升級是為了使住客滿意，而不是為方便酒店去更好銷售其他的房間!雖然住不到想要的風景房，但酒店五一安排的活動也不錯，適應帶娃，如果不是因為大霧天氣，我相信山上的風景也很美!

2間雙床房連住2天，免費升級了一房一廳，酒店環境和服務不錯，服務員熱情有禮。有電瓶車在住宿和景點間接送，纜車可到山頂。可惜不是下雨就是大霧，留了一點小遺憾。另外餐飲的接待能力有待提高，早餐找不到位置，中晚餐上菜時間有點長，好在味道不錯，特別是西餐廳的出品很好。
