The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth. One thing to take note of is that the reception closes after 5pm. If you expect to arrive later, be sure to make the necessary arrangements with the park in advance. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would happily recommend it for a short getaway!"

"We had a lovely stay, our room was great (Verdelo suite) the outdoor spa was absolute heaven! The breakfast & lunch platter was absolutely delicious! Also loved the cold pressed juices! The day spa package was excellent was very relaxing and the girls were very professional made you feel at ease. We felt like new women after our 2 days of pampering & retreat staycation. A Big shout out to these beautiful ladies Emilie and the other girls (sorry cant remember the other ladies names) also big shout out to Chris who made our stay very enjoyable . You're all absolute superstars! The staff were very accommodating to our needs and requests even prior to arriving! Highly recommend staying at the accommodation and Day Spa services."

"Just completed a three day stay in the wonderful Sanctuary Deluxe Villa and thought it was sensational. Equipped with everything you could possibly want the accommodation is spacious and superbly maintained. Loved the huge spa bath and pot belly stove which kept the Villa toasty. A highlight for us was having a private chef coming and cook us a wonderful dinner for two. Peaceful, private and welcoming we would highly recommend."
