As it is in Wanda plaza building, located in the heart of old Yan'an city, it is very convenient in terms of shopping and lunch/ dinner. The view from the room was excellent as we selected "Qingliangshan" view room. The entrance and lobby of the hotel is located actually on the 2nd floor it was a bit effort to take our suits cases but it was not a big deal. We stayed there for a night. A nightmare happened around 10:00pm. There was a big noise like construction from somewhere when we wanted to sleep. I claimed to the hotel but the noise continues until 11:10pm as construction work was ongoing at the Wanda plaza within same building. It was insane the hotel allowed construction work after 9:00pm and even we complained the hotel was unable to stop it for more than an hour. It was extremely bad experience there.

The location of the hotel is very centralised. Room was clean & spacious. However, the hotel staff were not so friendly & helpful. Daily breakfast was very routine, needs to be improved.

The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit old and some facilities are malfunctioned or broken. Small room. Overall is acceptable as we are just staying for sleep.

The location is very strategic, walking distance to many interesting place that I like and also near street food, and the price is reasonable, and hotel even provide fruits which is a pleasant surprise to me. Also it is just next to Wanda Plaza, so on rainy days still not too much problem finding food.

The hotel bed is good and firm. The view from the hotel room towards the temple opposite at night is very impressive. Service staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very homely. The location is next to Wanda mall. The only downside is that traffic is very jam during peak hours around that area

Most helpful front counter staff, with a beautiful view at the room, and excellent location! Could not have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Yan’an.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good next to shopping mall , easy to find good food. The room is also big and clean.

Everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful front desk, clean room equipped with all necessities, tasty and abundant breakfast. Also I was allowed to keep my bag there while walking around the city after i checked out. Big thumb to a hotel, can be recommended.

The hotel was in a great part of town and the service was great. The breakfast was quite good. The only downside was the dryer for the laundry room was broken. It seems that many hotels buy the most inexpensive machines to be able to add laundry room to their amenities list. We are into our sixth week of travel in China and we depend on laundry rooms as an essential item not a luxury add on.
